Our experience was decent until we got the bill. The server was cordial but not very attentive. When the food came some items were incorrect so it took a while for everyone to get their food. Because there were 8 in our group a 18% gratuity was built into our bills which is pretty customary BUT when someone ordered a carryout order from our table an 18% gratuity was added to the carryout order as well. After inquiring labout the 18% on the carryout, we are told that had our friend ordered from the pickup counter there wouldn't have been a gratuity charge but since she placed the order through our server it was subject to the gratuity rule & couldn't be removed. First of all, why not say up front that a gratuity is going to apply to a carryout order? Secondly, how in the world is in not possible to remove a charge? We were told that the manager was unable to remove the gratuity on the carryout.
Great food, affordable price, the staff is friendly and always patient. I would only say that one thing they could do to better the visit, is to ask Extremely Loud customers to keep it down.

Parkinglot is a mess no designated parking for people picking up take out orders almost was hit twice walking through parkinglot..But food was hot, made correctly and great. Counter girl didnt greet me when entering she just stared at me till i spoke. But wasnt particularly rude after that.
I had a great experience last week with my family! The food was great and service was spectacular! My waitress Brooke made us feel at home and like we were her only customers when in reality the place was full so she obviously had other tables. The hostess that sat us(cant remember name) was extremely warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this location! Thank you
this location sucks. they fry using really old oil and the boneless wings are all breading. I kept giving it a try even after my last couple experiences but now im done. I went back, spoke to the manager and told him that the wings have 0 meat and his response was " well if we remake them for u there going to be the same".. no apology, nothing! rude.

I wouldn't Eat there if it was Free. The waitress was ok, the Food and Drinks was so bad that i got home i was sick. My hamburger was so HARD U CAN BOUNCE IT OFF THE WALL. Wings was undercook. Took 15 min to get my beer. Think before u go there.
