I purchased 2 meatloaf dinners at the BM on Ford Road in Dearborn and was stunned at how much it had changed. What is this mystery meat? Texture was like veggie burger and spam. Horrible! I know it's been a while since I've purchased food from there. I will never ever go back. If this is what is being served at all Boston Markets as a new way of preparing meatloaf, shame on you!
I place an order through your app at 7:00 pm. I was told it would be delivered at 7:53pm. At 7:53 I was told my order was cancelled. I tried to contact the restaurant several times to find out what happened and to over to just come and get my meal because it was our dinner for the holiday. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. Your company inconvenienced my family mostly children that was waiting on dinner. You are very inconsiderate, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Why offer a service that you can’t provide.
Food was lousy. Dry chicken. Sides was definitely not good. Will not be going back. Friendly customer service, that's it.

I placed a pick up order through Boston market because the ordering website was still on, said it was confirmed, and my payment went through. Showed up and they were closed before 10 pm when online it says 10 pm and it let me place the order and pay for it. I am now trying to call the morning after and there phone line doesn’t even work!! I want my refund ASAP
It's exactly what you would expect from this restaurant service sometime it can be sluggish but adequate. The food is good.
I went in 2 hours before they closed and they were still out of half of the menu. However the staff was nice so that made up for half of it.
Ordered through Uber Eats and after overpaying for a 2L, I never received it nor the chicken on my chicken ceaser salad that I paid extra for Second time I have ever ordered from BM ever and you guys messed up both time. Yeah, I'm done.
