Never had any problems with nearby bellacino's but this location on Michigan Avenue is horrible.. I asked for two 12-in steaks and cheese with extra meat and mayo . ..no extra meat and mayo packs were given to me ..do not recommend to go to this location, you're dealing with children!
First of all the customer service was horrible!!! Secondly they put all this butter on my bread which it’s not even toasted NEITHER is the cheese melted . Lastly they are not wearing face coverings or hair nets ? I’m NEVER GOING BACK

I give it a 3 star because the food was good, but the service was bad. The young lady that worked the back making the food was very rude. I asked for extra dressing, and she made it seem like it was an issue to give me extra dressing. She was also rude to my sister. I had an issue at this same location before. I decided to try again and the workers are still rude. I will no longer be dining at this location ever again.

Very good nine times out of ten. Meat cheese and lettuce is very good sometimes just not enough of it on a sandwich.
My wife and I shared a veggie grinder and a tuna grinder and about two hours later my stomach is upset and my wife has been in the bathroom on the toilet for over an hours now. I will not be coming back to this location.
