Love the food, they don't give you enough sauce packets
If you ever go through drive thru I hope you experience Nicholi (Nick)! He will definitely put a smile upon your face and have you add on extra items you didn’t even intend on getting!!! I went through drive thru and the experience from him and Mikaylah were phenomenal. I wish it was a way to give them a reward for outstanding customer service!! Thank you both for providing an exceptional customer service. If I had a company I would of definitely offered you a job!!! Thank you
It was fast food (which I needed) and better than Mc Donalds or Burger King. Thanks
Meat was good but cold. Fries asked for well done and got old soggy fries.
Food was not fresh, made compliant and hope I didn't get sick. Restaurant didn't offer refund or considering throwing away the food so other customers won't get sick.smh
This Arby's on Telegraph Road, in Dearborn is really clean nice place to go and eat.
This Arby's is usually the best one around for food, tonight was exceptionally nice though. Nikolai served us at the window, and a lady was on the speaker, both having great customer service and engagement with the customers. Very pleased with them tonight, especially when someone is having a rough day and a stranger at a fast food joint can make you smile. Thanks for being a Star !
The drive thru was quick, got the order right, food wasn't bad. The website needs updating as sale listing's weren't available. Disclaimer accurate

I haven't had a fast food restaurant use the bubble labels on the lid since I was a kid. Small things make a big difference, thank you Arby's lol. Also, the food was great per usual?
