I went there and it was the first time and I told the accountant to choose a sandwich, and indeed he chose a good sandwich. I told him I want fried food for my kids . I asked him to give me fresh fries for the kids and he was ready to meet that, but when I got home, I was surprised that the fry was old and inedible because of the old oil they use, and I informed him of that through The phone said I'm sorry about that and hung up on me, I'm not going there again.
Ordered a phily steak and found a hair inside of it! Returned it and got another one, they offered me a free pepsi! The other one did not have a piece of hair inside but found a white string on top of the sub!!! Staff doesn't even wear a net when cooking to avoid any hairs in subs! Very disappointed!

If you order a wrap,or a sub order your lettuce on the side. By the time you get it home the lettuce will be slimy from the hot meat inside. Everything else I tried was great. The falafel is some of the best I've had.

The worst customer service ever. The main chef is an AH he would be yelling at his staff infront of everybody and even as a customer if you complain about the food being late he would start yelling at you. I ordered over the phone, they told me the food will be ready in 15 min so i was there in exactly 15 min, went inside and they said its coming right up, 30 min later i went to ask about my food, he starts yelling and complaining about his slow staff. Will definitely never go back there again. Disgusting place.
They have a very good subs, the only thing is that not consistent with their taste, but they are the best around so far!
I have a severe allergy to all dairy products. This is the second time I specify this when ordering there, then come to take my first bite and see there is cheese in my food. I stayed quiet the first time because I understand everyone makes mistakes. Today though, I made sure to put extra emphasis on no cheese. I bit into the sub and to my surprise cheese, I called to let them know I had a reaction and had to use my EPI pen, but the owner chose arguing with me that there were no dairy in my food. I will make sure that it is known that this place is owned by an ignorant man who cannot admit a simple mistake on his end. If you have any type of allergy, do not go here. They hear no (whatever condiment) as extra of the condiment.
