Don't come.when it's late. They gamble on you not coming back to complain the sliders have no ketchup or condiments. Just bun beef bun. Kinda disgusting.
It's a shame, I really like white castle but staff can blow this experience to heck and back. Unfortunately my latest experiences with several locations has turned me far away from white castle. I would NOT recommend this location.
They got my particularly large order absolutely right food was hot and fresh
The food was fantastic I took away one star because the line was so long....
they didn't have hi c orange drink and that's why I go there hamburger was alright I asked them to steam them and they didn't.
I got the impossible sliders. They were great and the staff was friendly and efficient.

They forgot half of my order which included 10 sliders. Had to drive back to retrieve them. The lady at the front counter was very nice but upon getting home and actually eating the hamburgers was a bad experience. All of them lacked mustard and ketchup. Very dry and way too salty. It tasted like they dumped so much salt it was inedible.
Service was not good, THEY DON'T LISTEN. I repeated my order three times and still got order wrong. Food was dry and plain which wasn't what was ask. Will not get going back. If could give a zero that would be what they get.
