This location much like others is struggling with staffing issues. The cashier was friendly. She did a good job at multitasking. The food was fresh. The 3 stars are primarily for the cleanliness of the restaurant. If you can't keep the dining room clean and stocked with napkins/condiments, then close the dining room. The tables were dirty from other people eating. The floor was greasy.
Got 2 baconator doubles and 2 fries for mother and I. We ate it all and we usually don't eat much but today they were just yummy ?
After having to pull over to the drive thru waiting area, and waiting an extended period of time, the food was barely warm & the old nuggets and fries were hidden under more freshly cooked food. The staff was friendly
I ordered a frosty with my meal and they didn't even give me a spoon or straw for the Frosty so if I would have got a straw or a spoon for my Frosty you would have got a 5-star rating
You can go to this Wendy's if you want to but this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life since. I've lived in Dearborn Heights I would never ever go there again !
This particular Wendy's has a great staff! They are some of the nicest people I've come across lately, and they do a great job. I had them chase my car down because there was an item missing. They go above and beyond, especially now when people seem to be at their most rude!
Rude staff , rude staff and rude staff.We ordered three meals and asked for salt and pepper. We were told that no pepper and she gave us one packet of salt.
How do you get an old spicy chicken sandwich and fries after you wait almost 10 to 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. This place goes thru more people than you can imagine. Everytime you go there is new people. Very un happy long time customer..
2 customers in drive thru . Ordered 2 simple combos with cokes. Told to pull to the side. Waited almost 30 minutes during which time someone came to the car 2 times to confirm what I ordered. When it did come it was cold and not fresh. For 20 dollars for 2 meals this service at a “fast” food is unacceptable. Last time coming here.
Wendys has better service than others. The service I got from Miss Vershawnda today is the best service I've ever gotten from any restaurant. She was polite, greeted me on arrival, took my order 100% accurate and fast; even suggested menu options I was not aware I could get, such as as adding cheese to my chilli! They had my order hot and ready to go as soon as I got to the window. And to top things off, food was beyond the excellent quality that separates Wendys from the rest. After a long hard week in construction, this was the best way to end my week. Even when thought the restaurant was busy, I felt like I was the only Customer there. Best experience at Wendys ever! Please congratulate the crew. These guys and gals really take care of their Customers. Well done Wendys!!
