Timmy Ho's is, by far, the absolute best coffee/doughnut shop around. I have zero complaints for this one. Staff is also very courteous and promptly. I always enjoy a trip to Tim's. Thanks for producing some of the best coffee, doughnuts, breakfasts, and of course, I can't forget about the ice caps... Absolutely brilliant. I think I just may be addicted to them...lol
I can't say too much as my daughter was at the wheel and wanted an 'ice cap' and what a treat, it was yummy. So much so that I got a brain freeze, so drink and savor slowly!!

Honestly this place just needs to be closed down. Horrible food and service. Theyre to busy eating at the window to even say anything, no receipt again and of course my foods messed up again. I ordered sausage and cheese bagel. Explained no egg, whatd i get just nasty looking egg and cheese. Feel free to have a manager or corporate contact me.
This location is a hit 5% of the time, and a miss 95% of the time. On the rare occasion you get trained friendly staff. On the rare occasion they have all items in stock to make a simple ice coffee. Many times they're only accepting cash which you only learn after waiting in the drive through line. These issues individually and randomly would not be a problem, it happens..but this is like alot of the time. This location isn't able to do the bare minimum of basic things needed for a Tim Hortons to function. Disappointing.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location in their franchise. My orders are always made wrong, service is terrible, short staffed, dirty, and an overall fail as a business. I wish the owner would sell me this location so it can be revived before they lose everything.
Waited several minutes for someone to get on the mic. Finally I say hello and I hear " Hold on, like she said." So I took off, saved myself at least $15. Good job today! I have no problem waiting, but I'm not gonna pay you to be rude to me.
I have never gotten the correct order here. Ever. Cappuccino machine broken, grill broken, no muffins, and half the donuts out at 8am!
Actually they deserved zero stars this is the worst Tim Hortons I pay extra for me Carmel syrup I swear to God you guys aren't even short staffed to be acting like that!!! I will take my bushes else where!!! It wasn't just one time this happens it's every time!!!
Went inside to order for the 1st time since C19 hit.The aroma!!! Like Heaven!! Very positive vibe, too. It was great to see the employees laughing and joking with each other while taking and filling orders. It would be nice if more restaurants had happy people employed, like this Tim Hortons does!
