Normally they do a very good job at this specific location (polar opposite to the next one north of here on Telegraph) but last time it was a disaster. The guy had the absolute worst attitude ever, actually cursed (F word), the food was all wrong, and then he didn't even want to give a receipt. Literally argued about it! But I called the next day and spoke with a manager (or could have been an assistant manager) and she was so, so, so nice and empathetic & totally corrected the situation. Also, Ive noticed how much their timing has improved in recent months ?
Place was busy so its no surprise there were a few errors with my order but everything was fresh and delicious. They fixed the issues promptly. Will definitely dine here again.
Every time i order from uber eats or door dash something is missing from my order. I have 3 people in my home and its a pain to have one out of the 3 not get there food. And it takes 3 to 5 days to get my money back when problem could be solved just by employees making sure orders are baged correctly.
Placed on online order from work for lunch. Got there and they didn't have my order. Had to go back to work to print out the order and come back. Then when I went to eat the food, it was made wrong. When I complained, they told me to come back and they would fix it...like who has time for that?? They wasted my whole lunch break.
What a jewel. Truly a "go-to" spot for families and lovebirds alike. The botanical gardens and shelters and gazebos are all top-shelf structures.i highly recommend the Taylor Botanical Conservatory and Petting Farm.
Not a huge fan of fast food but when it's late and there is nothing else open places like this come in clutch! We ordered just about everything on the menu and it all turned out good for the most part lol! There was a long wait when we went but figured there would be with everything else being closed and it being a Friday night.
Well if you like wasting time, fuel, patience this is your place. They love to keep the lobby closed till its convenient to open. Drive thru is always backed up. Last 4 times I went I wasn't able to place an order cause they just refused to respond in any way shape or form. This was one of the best locations been coming here since I was in middle school. But just trash quality in every possible area
Every order has been perfect! I always order on the app and it's fresh and ready when I get there. My family and myself are picky so we always have a complicated order.
I don't eat Taco Bell much anymore but I love the Breakfast. This store serves it the best! I've tried most of the store's in the area and nobody compares to this location!!! Annapolis and Telegraph, you guys rock!!!
Everyone take care of themselves out there I know there’s a lot of people that want to get out of their house and they can’t and it’s just so annoying and we live in Detroit Michigan so we can’t really use the option to sit outside to dine now as most places here have the real nice heaters are the like igloo looking tent type things and that’s really cool but I don’t know I mean I don’t have any idea of the prices of a minute or more the nicer restaurants have them but if you’d like to check out just getting it delivered or brought to you but whenever you get it delivered it’s always soggy so don’t be fooled if I were you I would just get it myself or pay the extra money to have them bring it right to you
