I love this bakery in Dearborn Heights. We always get their cheese pies which are my favorite. We also like the meat pie, spinach pie, and the pizza pie. I also enjoy their cold red barley/chick pea salad. It is garlicky/oniony goodness. Best served with fresh vegetables. Their desserts are delicious and they have a nice area to sit and dine in as well as a small market. Their big cheese pie is prepared in house as well as their sandwiches. Highly recommend.
Food is delicious and service is good, but make sure at the cashier and the server they give all food items you purchase. Because they forget to get all your item together and you back to the server he keep swearing. He did give all item to me, what help me i told him there is a bag behind the cashier.finally I got my food.food is delicious but cashier and server you need to review after them
Lack of customer service, especially front desk employees. Busy place and employees rush you. Ok place to Get your pies from especially during ramadan nights . Normally there food is good .Bathrooms and dining area really dirty . We had to clean the table to sit at .
The new employee there are disrespect. I asked a worker there for a cake in English and in Arabic he did not understand me. I went to the glass and I pointed for him which one I am talking about, he became so mad and I heard him cussing me and he started talking to me rudely. I told him I am your mom's age and I am not teaching you but I am showing you which one I want. He said loudly keep it to yourself and I do not need you to teach me and he continued cussing infront of everyone. And when I asked for the manager to talk to him. He said there is no manager and another worker (his brother) came saying that there is no manager on the floor. Finally a manager came with the long hair was the rudest person ever and the first word told me to take my business to another place before listening to me. I believe they are now sacred of their employee because there is no workers now to find and they prefer to lose a customer instead of losing an employee unfortunately. Even I do not want him to lose his job, but I want them to teach him how to talk to customers but unfortunately, the manager does not know how to talk to customers so it will not hurt if the employee like this.
It used to be better service, I got 3 cheese pies mashro7a cost $7 each and barely see cheese.Over priced for cheap quality and service employee that stand at the chash is not respectful and talk with several customers while he is serving you.
This place serves their products so unprofessionally I got some sweets for my family and one tray was wrapped in plastic and then the other was just thrown in a bag and I didn’t realize that until I got home. My product was stuck to the bag and the staff was rude. Not coming back here..
Best bakery in town hands down. Service is usually fast…it does get very busy…and Sometimes they don’t answer the phone …food is always fresh…always short staffed …I prefer to order online

Worst customer service ever! There staff is extremely rude one of the workers there yelled at me when asking why my order wasn’t ready after returning 1/2 hr later when told to return in 15 min, I was extremely polite and very discreet when talking, he embarrassed me and said to take my business elsewhere if I wasn’t happy! Went back again a few weeks later didnt call to complain bc I don’t like being that person i asked them to heat up my stuff and they didn’t, went back and asked them to heat them up bc I was going to work and they just seem like they hated there job! Food has gone down hill tremendously along with customer service sry to say! Overall there customer service is horrible I use to go there almost daily now I try not to go and my whole family stopped going there!
Terrible service and food. They placed my order directly on the tray with no plates. Zaatar was soaked in oil and it was tasteless. I definitely would never go back.
