First time trying Rosie D's and they Need better customer service. I ordered two large pizzas and 12 pieces wing specials for $21 each. When I was asked the toppings, I said 1 with just pepperoni and the other pepperoni and pineapple. I gave her my wing preference. When we got our food, the delivery guy was upset that the address was typed wrong and asked us if we gave our address of 10 years wrong. When we called becasue we realized we didn't get our second order of wings. We were told that since we didn't add two toppings to one of the pizzas that she only gave us one special. The manager did not say at anytime that if I wanted the special I had to get two toppings or I would. Instead she made the decision to change my order and not give me the two specials I asked for. Then said there was nothing she could do to fix it since her dad was the owner. .Soo we got charged the $42 but didn't get the wings and our first experience with this pizza joint will be the last.

Get order and we only received 1 set of wings. Called back she said since you only asked for 1 topping we only gave you 1 deal. I asked why she didn't mention it on the phone and she had no reason except she didn't understand why we only wanted 1 topping and you must have 2 to get deal? Again she NEVER mentioned this and admitted to that on the phone. I asked if she was willing to fix the mistake and she stated she didn't know how since we only got 1 topping. Our order with the 2 deals was the exact same as 1 deal and 1 pizza. Common business practices would be to say sorry ill send out more wings. Not it is the customers fault i did not explain. 1st time ordering and last. Alao delivery guy asked if we gave correct address because now they owe him more money because the manager put wrong address. Its ashame the servicenis so horrible i love to support local family owned businesses.

tried ordering pizza and subs for dinner. after 25 surgeries I can't eat everything on their subs and pizza, so I asked for some items to be taken off. I was yelled at and belittled by a female worker saying "it would be too hard and inconvenient NOT TO put veggies on a pizza or sub. this woman's horrible attitude is the only reason I won't ever come back here after 8 years of ordering from you guys. I've never experienced such bad customer service, and from your reviews it seems I'm not the only one who wants to see this woman lose her job.
We Ordered pepperoni rolls tonight, because that's what my kid wanted for her birthday dinner but I was so disappointed!!. Four 14in pepperoni rolls and they had about 5 pepperoni in 2 of them and NONE in the others. I think there was a little cheese in there. Nothing but sauce and dough . Worst birthday dinner ever. Whole family was bummed. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Lasagna, runny.meatball sandwich hard to eat the bread,pizza no flavor 65.00$$$$ and they forgot our pepsi when they brought it it was a cherry pepsi cause she didn't want us to have a warm pepsi. 1st time for ordering and it will never happen again terrible food waste of money period.
Terrible ordered $50 of food and the sub was super dry and not enough meat the I asked the lady to replace it with something else and she said she could not and would not bc she prepared it the correct way and that’s the way it’s suppose to taste the meat was supper dry no mayo no dressing not to mention she was the manger they seemed racist
Ordered 2 subs and sm pizza from here steak sub was one of the worst I've ever gotten said it comes with lettuce, tomato and dressing it didn't have any on it I called them was told oops it was a mistake they forgot to give it to me never to again didn't even offer anything off of my next order.
Friggin awesome. I used to eat it every week when I worked near them. I'm telling ya, if u are going in blind and never tried em, your not gonna be disappointed. Way better than the big chain pizza places.
Worst pizza I had in a very long time, Pizza is chewy and hard to eat it seems like they don't use yeast in the dough, I think they try to make good pizza but the ingredients are not good or fresh.
