They are ripping people off. They are charging more money for less food. I have been going here for years and I order the almond chicken with shrimp fried rice. They now batter individual pieces of chicken instead of doing a whole chicken breast to make it look like more chicken and also charged me for 2 dollars extra for 3 pieces of shrimp in my rice when it use to be 5 pieces of shrimp. I know inflation is bad but this is just dishonest.
Have been going there for years now. It was one of my dad's favorite places to eat.
This place has gone extremely down hill since they sold to new owners.I ordered tonight and they messed up my whole order and gave me raw chicken and when I had called about getting a refund they owner wanted to yell at me on the phone and I had to ask her to lower her voice then she proceeded to hang up on me.I’ve been going here for 25+ years but after today NEVER again. And don’t think other people should waste their time and money on a place who wants to be extremely rude to customers because they want to serve raw food.
use to taste better shrimp has gotten smaller..I did enjoy the vegetables fried rice and spicy vegetables...they don't serve lunch special on Sunday was disappointed about that...they are still friendly and I will still go back.
Been going here for 40 years (as a kiddo.) Has always been my favorite also with awesome food, great owner and staff. I ordered Almond Chicken dinner tonight. (Take out only right now.) EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. Nothing like it used to be. Almond gravy like water and no almonds or green scallions, egg roll nasty, fried rice even worse...No fortune cookie... I miss the good ole days of the Ruby..(tears ???) I don't see the doors open much longer.
Found a bug in my food. They also charged me extra for crackers for my soup I ordered. The lady behind the register also was clearly sick, coughing and sniffling while she handled my food. Go somewhere else.
I am a local resident and have been coming here for years, after today sadly no more, i ordered the basic beef chop sue and beef fried rice not only was it 22 bucks it was awful had no flavor or beef not even a veggie other than bean sprouts. i took two bites and tossed it out, so so sad as this has been my fave restaurant for a long time.. trust me i wont be back, and for gods sake! steam clean the carpets, the place smells bad.. :(
Ordered on wed.the 29th 1 pm food was not good. egg roll tasted old..... chicken was stringy and chewy just didnt tast right had sweet and sour chicken. My daughter had general tso it was like no other general tsos i ever seen not going back
This restaurant used to be very good. But the last few times, the food quality is not that great. Too much grease. Spring rolls changed and don't taste the same. The broccoli in food is huge chunks. I will try this place one more time before I'm gone for good. I have to give them another chance.
very disappointed... ordered almond chicken and received sweet and sour chicken. It was very good when I was a child but now it was horrible. lesson learned never go back
