My first experience with this location was last week when we decided to place a curbside pickup order. We arrived ten minutes after I received the email that our food was ready. I parked, and checked in by email, the app, and by text. We waited outside for ten minutes. I finally walked in to find the place basically empty, my food sitting on the counter, and employees standing around. When I asked what was going on with curbside, the girl told me if it happened again to call.?Last night we tried again. We placed an in store pick up online. 30 minutes later my bf arrived only to find out that our food was not ready yet and he waited. He came back and stated that the place wasn't busy, but very unorganized.We understand a lot of places are understaffed, which is why we give ample time, and wait for correspondence that our food is ready for pick up. We have since moved on to other efficient businesses for carryout nights.
I am not exactly one to write reviews , especially bad ones but this experience was kind of upsetting. I will say that the orders were timely and everyone was somewhat polite. However, the bagel i ordered to go was not assembled and rather thrown in the bag with a pack ofcream cheese, which i felt was weird considering to go is implying that we don’t have to sit down and make it which was the case here. Furthermore one of the drinks was not made and i had to wait extra time just for it, and my own drink was not even really full, which was just kind of odd to see, especially for a four dollar drink. Nothing really wrong with the people, and they were pretty busy but the experience was weird, especially when i was in a rush.
This was my very first Panera experience. I wanted to like it. But I do not get the hype? It's literally overpriced Hospital food. I ordered the Chef's Special Spicy Chicken Sandwhich and a cookie. The chicken was was so rubbery I couldn't even bite into it. It also had a gallon of Frank's all over it. The cookie was rock hard and bland as could be with a slight chalky after taste. The saving grace was the Strawberry Mint Lemonade. Save your cash.
Ordered a rapid pick up and it has nothin that I ordered. After trying to get a hold of the store for several phone calls a rude lady told me it was the wrong store. Even after I gave the correct order number I still received attitude. will never go back. long time customer.

I ordered from the panera app and I haven’t even opened the bag. I asked for no ice as you see on receipt, they still added it. My smoothie is supposed to be one size, however, it always says on bag 16oz but it seemed very small for the cost. I’ve never liked this location. Due to my baby and I stuck at home with Covid, I can’t leave the house. I would’ve appreciated them to at least get the little things right. SMH, this why in person will forever be better. They charge too much for online services to not even complete things correctly. Also, speaking with the manager Bob, he claims he was talking to me in a respectful manner but was very rude. I will be speaking to someone in cooperate.
We had some gift cards to use up, so got lunch here the other day. Been awhile since we've been here. Honestly surprised at the quality of the food and pastries. Had a cup of tomato soup with grilled cheese, and it was delicious. Mac and cheese was good too.Service is a bit hectic and seemingly unorganized, but we got our food ok. We'll definitely be back.
The customer service is incredible! So sweet girls. Shout out to Katie Jennifer and Shayna. They did there best to give us the best service and amazing food.
My experience was absolutely the best! I was actually the horrible customer in this situation (side bar) BUT from the answer of my call to the transfer to upper management, I was served with PATIENCE and RESPECT. No I was not a rude customer ?, I was just rushing when placing my $50 buck order. CANT WAIT TO EAT MY SOUP & SALAD!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is very disrespectful. This is the SECOND time I order and they forget items. I understand mistakes happen but the way they handle these situations are really rude. Older lady was on the phone and kept giving attitude to my coworkers. People like this should not be working in food service.
