I appreciate McDonald's for the Clean Bathrooms. This particular restaurant was clean everywhere. The wait staff were great. I only had Ice Tea, no food
Only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars is because I’ve never had an issue before and my boyfriend and I frequent this location because it’s directly next to his house. the woman who resolved the issue was sweet and timely. The worker at the drive thru basically ignored us until people were yelling from behind us to pull forward. The second we did she cashed the people behind us out, after letting us sit there for 10-15 minutes. The pick up window cashed us out and gave us our meal, but that girl rubbed me the wrong way because she basically ignored us and would not look at us. Awful customer service on her part, and embarrassing for us because she immediately served the people behind us.
Driving past*"See kids this Used to be the fifties McDonald's in a parallel universe without Mandela effects everywhere." Their service is 110% but the the bland decor inside is no bueno. Bring back the superman and classic car shows among that unforgettable fifties aesthetic. Were American not everybody else. The eighties and nineties we're this locations golden hour..Chicken nuggets are on point.
I was grateful to find it open. It is so nice to be able to go inside and use the restroom instead of being forced to use drive-thru or carryout. I made a mistake on the kiosk and they corrected my order without any red tape.
Came here today after not coming for 5 months and. Not impressed yet again. My hashbrowns are burnt yo a crisp. Asked for new ones same thing. Got charged for 3 drinks only ordered 2. Lady said she charged for 3 here you go, when I didn’t ask for 3. I’ve gotten moldy, McMuffins before. Got them again today. Not impressed. Health department should be notified.
In and out, well made, consistent, friendly, and efficient. As with any fast food location, the quality and service changes over time as it is dependent upon the rotation of employees, and management. A couple years ago I felt like this location had fallen off on quality & service, but my experiences here over the past 6 months or so have been great. I skip past 3 other McDonald's to come to this one, specifically. Consistent, made well, and FAST. Doesn't matter how long the line is, they clearly have a very organized system & team working there. Ive NEVER had any visit there where i was told they only are accepting card or only cash, like another location very close by.
I just want to say that I came thru Sunday morning for breakfast with my daughter's. I was so happy that everyone was so happy on a Sunday morning. From taking my order all the way down each person was so friendly and kind . Thank you for showing my girl's exactly how you should be working in customer service. Five stars for sure
Open 24 hours right? WRONG! As soon as I pulled up to the mic, no one spoke, however when I pulled up to the window though! Bunch of teenagers were standing around and talking, when they opened up the window they said “oh we’re not open right now!” Then closed the window without even bothering to have me say a word back! Never coming here again! Let go of these people ruining your business! Apparently they like open and close whenever they please! What were they doing there if not working? Do they come off the clock to FINALLY clean the ice cream machine? Do better guys, come on!
My sister and I arrived for breakfast, we walked in because the lines were so long in the drive thru, not only did they get those ppl outta that drive thru line in a quickness, I didn't wait long for my food at ALL, and everything was fresh and hot. It was so good.
This location closes every day at 3am until 5am for cleaning. I've suggested this edit multiple times and it's always rejected, but as someone who lives nearby and frequents the location around these hours I can assure you it is not open between 3am and 5am. It's also significantly more expensive than other locations.
