Very very slow Friday night I was picking up a doordash I will never pick up doordashes from here or come to the drive-thru at night they're usually pretty fast during the day however the cashier was very friendly and polite to all the customers
Too slow probably if the workers would stay off there cell phones they could get you out faster
The breakfast was excellent it was hot and the workers who waited on my nurse and myself was beautiful with an attitude of blessfulness☺️? I will go back only if I know they going to be at the window and the cook who prepared the food. They should get a raise for there spirit ☺️?
The manager working Easter morning completely lied after the person working the register couldn't properly put in my app code he tried to and also couldn't and proceeded with an attitude to tell me the app code was already redeemed I explained it wasn't and they messed up putting in the code he said they don't mess up.. it escalated from there so I drove 4 minutes to the other McDonald's and the code worked fine. Horrible ...other than the lady that usually works the register in the morning always a horrible experience.
Customer Service Is optional now a daysAND in all fairness making customers regret their visit is not GOOD BUSINESS PERIOD.Some workers forget that their obligation to that job is also BEING THE FACE of a company to whom took a chance on these individuals who have no filter . CHANGES ARE ALWAYS MADE an those not willing to ACCEPT THE CHALLENGES an requirements they will be replaced with someone who will do what they don't want to do! b
Like all McDonald’s waited at the speaker for a good 5 minutes with no one acknowledging either customer on either speaker and drove off. Cars parked outside for employees yet they’re all hiding inside so they don’t make orders. This was at 9 pm and they are 24/7 location.
Really so bad service and really disrespectful! Got my order wrong and some other things I’m not gonna talk about. I recommend you not to go there!
Food was hot but she gave me the wrong order. I know she knew it because she kept saying you're all set and wanted me to drive off. It was as if she rushed me to go away and take what I gave you.
The chicken nuggets are smaller and dried out. They used to be the best nuggets of all the fast food restaurants. Ordered a medium fry which came half empty. Not a good McDonald's to visit.
Bot always the best experience. It's 50 50 with this place. You either have a good day at the drive through or a bad one with someone that has an attitude.
