This place has a fantastic delivery driver. We placed our order on the Marcos app. We ordered 7 pizza bowls. The map did not show they had no crust. So I thought there were like a personal pizza. Boy was I wrong. What we received was cheese and toppings (omg). So I called them up. The district manager said they could not fix it, because there website says no crust. But I ordered on the app.After a little talks here in there we hung up with each other. I was about ready to call corporate until this very kind delivery driver called me up and said he would bring us three medium pizzas. We agreed and said thank you so much. Finding out he wanted to pay for it himself.We need more people like him in this world ???
We order from this Marco's about once a month. It's always good, better than most other chains.But tonight it was incredible. Generous toppings, fresh cheese and cooked to perfection. And an amazing bargain.Pepperoni Magnifico is the best menu pizza around.
Pizza sauce was terrible and their garlic bread lacked the garlic and butter. Very bad experience.
Check your order carefully they forgot it's the individuals that make up the whole! GET THE ORDERS CORRECT. NOT TELLING ME NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
It's a good place first time I went in there was today have some good looking pizza and I ordered the veggie subs online and I specifically asked for provolone cheese instead of cheddar and I got cheddar anyway. I can tell the workers were a little agitated because of somebody who went in there before me so I didn't even worry about it I still smashed those sandwiches
Ordered a premium pepperoni pizza well done, not only not well done it was so greasy that box fell apart going to kitchen. We asked for half without cheese but they put parm cheese on whole pizza. Will never be ordering from Marcos again. Might as well burned up 25.00 dollars in my sink
I went in to order. I don’t live close I was just picking someone up in the area. I get home and when I go to eT I get a steak and cheese sub and not the Italian I ordered. So I call the store. Tell them what happened. They said I could bring it back up. I explained why I couldn’t. He then says well we’re sorry. So I said that’s it. He said there’s no way to tell if the sub I got was wrong, I said I’ll send you a picture. He says sorry, so your telling me I’m out of my money
I got a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage on Halloween and I tried calling the store but who ever made my pizza deserves a raise. It was that good. I recommend maros pizza . Great pie . Yummyfor your tummy. Again thanks
Good pizza and everyone seemed decent. Only had it the one time but was good. Not the best but good.
Pizza Garden Bowls very good but took 101 minutes to get to our house only 2.7 miles away so of course luke warm. Delivery vehicle broke down but lack of communication was reason for low score. Paid full price plus delivery charge. Was promised a coupon for free bread but never happened. Sorry if I was harsh.
