This place is awful. They lost the order of 3 people ahead of me. I walked in and asked if they had any hot n readys, they said yes, rang me up and then said it would be 5 minutes. I got it about 25 minutes later. Place is a joke.
If I could give a zero star I would absolutely rude people didn't have the correct change ran to my cousin's smoke shop right next door to get the change and then it's not about the 73 cents it's about the business don't you care all about your business I know my brother owns a business and ours is always stacked with quarters pennies dimes you name it
I've worked in pizza before, one cheese pizza and two breads does not take 25+ minutes to make. Needless to say: not impressed.
Went in for 2 hot and ready pizzas. Worker took my order and took my payment. Never once notified me that there was a long wait because they were backed up. Waited a total of 35 minutes for 2 pizzas that should've been hot and ready. Only reason I didn't leave was because it was a debit payment and it would've taken 3-5 business days to receive a refund. This is also not the first time this has happened atc this particular Little Caesars.
Don’t even deserve 1 star. Rude, unprofessional, dirty. They always seem lost. Poor employees and poor management. Get ready to wait 40 minutes for a pizza. Ordering online doesn’t make a difference. Worst little caesars in Michigan
Great service!!! They have the best manager. Through this pandemic they care enough to protect themselves so everyone will be protected. The best little Caesar in the area.
First walk in nothing ready in any of the boxes at prime time 5 o'clock. Over and over telling people they had to wait up to 20 mins for a order. The pizza was so sloppy half the topping were off the pizza. I would never go to this one again, almost makes me never want Little Caesars again but ill have to drive to a further one and give them a test. highly don't recommend, you will wait and they don't like to answer the phone so good luck calling in a order.
Slow slow slow.. they hardly ever answer their phone. It's hard to get an online order to go through. And when you go in they hardly ever have a hot and ready ready.
Service was fast, even though they were very busy. Staff was great with correcting my phone-in order, and did it in less than 5 minutes
