Do not order catering from here!!! I ordered a very large catering order from this location for my daughter’s first birthday party in May. When my mom went to pick up the order, she was told that someone else had already picked it up. Basically, they gave the order to someone else without confirming that they were giving it to the right person. I was able to get my money back since I paid with a credit card. They also said they were going to remake the order but it was already 30 mins from party time and they were taking other orders instead of doing ours. She also lied and said she checked the person’s ID to make sure it was the right person (how does that make sense?). I got a call from some guy named Josh who left a voicemail asking me to call back so we can see if they can get me to keep my order (what?!) then I called him back, explained the situation and he said he had to talk to someone higher up and get back to me to “make this right”. It has now been over 2 months and I haven’t heard anything back. Thankfully Little Ceasar’s was able to make a bunch of pizzas for us quick since this happened literally right before her party.
Two hours later and I still did not receive my online order. Called twice and they kept telling me it’s on its way. Waiting two hours for a sandwich is ridiculous. To add onto this, they told me my order was delivered and the driver called me and took a picture of the order in front of my house. None of those things are true and they refused to refund me my money. I cannot believe how unprofessional this store is. AVOID
Friendly staff who gave good recommendations. While waiting for my order, I heard the boss giving great advice to the delivery driver about how to make sure the customer gets their order. They really care here. The place was clean and the sandwich great.
This location is horrible. Ordered here several times online and it takes well over an hour for it to be delivered. And once I waited almost two hours and then I called repeatedly and no one answered. How does a company that says “freaky fast” take over a hour to deliver to someone a mile away?!
Seem to be very good in the past but everything's been slipping recently. I always thought they were open by 10:00. Went up with all the lights on in the car directly in front of the store assuming that it was open at 10:20 with all the lights on the guy was at the register doing something and not even looking at me but the door was locked. There's no hours at all on the door indicating they were closed or what time they open. Apparently that single worker inside was parked right in front of the building because it was more convenient for them not thinking about future customers. Needless to say I'll be driving straight over to Westland Jimmy John's which opens at 10:30 when this one does not open until 11:00.Raised to 2 stars because there was a response to let corporate know. Seems there is effort...keep ya posted.
Don't even order here. Something horrible happened to this location in the past couple of years. Horrible service, long wait, horrible attitudes
Placed my order before 7 PM, once I arrived at the store I was rudely greeted by an employee claiming my order never came through which I showed him my order was received to the restaurant and money was taken out my account he did not want to help me out at all close the door as I was talking. I will never return to this place advise anyone that wants a sandwich from this company to see a different location.
I have never waited so long for jimmy John’s EVER. I live five minutes away and wait 45 mins to an hour EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I received my order and the bottom of the bread was rock hard. I called and the gentleman that answered said "yea I know we didn't have time to make new bread so it's a bit overdone, but you can take the toppings off and microwave it for not even 10 seconds".I would like to note I placed the order at 445 for a 6pm delivery.
This jimmy johns is great I never have any problems there and the workers were pretty friendly to me and the sandwiches are clean and made right
