I order a lot from door dash for Jersey Mikes. I always want extra vinegar and oil so i have to call them personally. EVERYtime i call they are so polite and accommodating. I have also ate in-store a few times and they are just as polite! Very customer service orientated!!! Great people! Awesome Job Dearborn Heights Michigan Jersey Mikes!! Thanks for being great!
I attempted to dine in and was greeted by rude staff who said there was a sign on the door that said oine orders only. I would have placed an online order from my phone, but there were several untouched receipts for large online orders out of their machine, and they were busy putting together other online orders too. It was going to be quite a wait.So we went to a competing Sub store in the same plaza, it's always less than 5 minutes there. Do that and save yourself the headache. It's such a shame because I love their subs.Old review: (ONLY come in person to this store!!!! I have tried calling this store since I moved to the area in January, and have never had my call answered. I went in person today to purchase a sub, and saw that the phone had been set to the side off the hook. No wonder. :(The staff were friendly and worked together on my order. And other staff were finishing up a few online orders. I was the only person in the store and got my sandwich quickly. My sub looked great, and I'm sure it tastes great, Jersey Mike's is so tasty. If it's bad I'll change my review to one star lol)
The chicken sub was so fresh.. tasty and juicy. The delivery came on time and the sandwich was still warm although it was really cold outside. I totally recommend this place.
The three employees who served me were impeccably polite from start to finish. These guys were class-acts. I am most grateful for the respect of customers. Thank you, gentlemen! The food was excellent also. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Literally the best customer service I’ve had! Nick and Hussein went above and beyond! Those 2 deserve all of the recognition they deserve and more! Give them a raise!! Food is fresh and have a select Halal menu! Shop is very clean and the food is very fresh! Referring everybody I know to go see Nick and Hussein!

The manager caught an attitude because I was about to put chips with my meal and noticed they were over a month old and simply just told him about it.... Smh...
Today was the first day I’ve ever been there. I needed Halal meat or chicken and I love the way they cooked it on a separate grill and the staff wore masks. I had a chicken cheese sandwich hot off the grill and it was just wonderful I will definitely recommend and go back to Jersey Mike’s I was very surprised and the food was very tasty. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for the delicious lunch
Very nice staff, and DELICIOUS HALAL subs ! I got the special with turkey, roast beef, and bacon. It was easily a 10/10 especially with pickles added.
