Enjoyed my food I got the big steak omelette with buttermilk pancakes, I added strawberries and bananas on top. I drank blue raspberry lemonade splasher. Our waitress was nice and pleasant. The manager too was on top of things also. I will definitely be back.
First it took us about half and hour to get seated. But there were lots of open tables. Our waitress left in the middle of our meal. Not sure why. The eggs didn't taste right. The bacon was over done.the hash browns were over done. The pancakes were excellent. IHOP is usually a lot better than this
The food was amazing and our server Na'Gee was excellent! First time at iHop and my friends and I will definetly be coming back!
We went for a late night dinner tonight to celebrate our daughter‘s fifth grade graduation. The manager who has just recently transferred from a different location was beyond apologetic about being so short staffed, and everything running a little bit slower than normal. The waiter had mentioned it was only his fourth day on staff, and he was absolutely crushing it. I will for sure be back to this specific location even though it’s a little bit further of a drive for us, because of the staff that was there tonight specifically. They had an amazing attitude, and were still serving the best they could do despite being stiffed on several tables, and other tables running them ragged. I don’t have the names of the employees that were working there at this time, but I know they definitely need pay raises!!! They were super kind and thoughtful even though I could tell they were not having a great night. 10/10 would recommend this location (ford &tele) if I could get the same manager and waiter again!
3 out of 5 stars.The atmosphere was a bit below average. Extremely loud, and a bit unkempt. The table we were sat it was dirty, and we witnessed the hostess sitting folks without making sure the tables were cleaned and sanitized. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly and attentive.The food, breakfast items, were decently made and was hot. The ice coffee, was terrible.The speed of service was average to say the least.The overall rating is 3 out of 5 stars ?
The floor was so dirty & sticky that our shoes were sticking to the floor. Our waitress was nice but he shirt was completely filthy. Some of our food was cold, cooked too hard, and missing key ingredients. It was never communicated to us that they were short staffed It took way too long for our food to come. We brought our issues to the manager's attention. Instead of apologizing she began to blame the waitress for writing our orders in a certain way (totally off subject). Won't be going back.
I really love the pancakes at this place they are exceptional delicious I can always go on the weekends.
Ordered curbside, waited 30 minutes and never received my food. Go inside, food is waiting in pickup COLD!!! Then the hostess going to tell me they super busy. NO EXCUSE!!! Well don't accept curbside. Had to ask for the manager to get some hot breakfast. The purpose of curbside is NOT to go in.
This was my first time at an IHOP restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly and I loved how stylish all the waitresses were.. they all had such good attitudes and they were a definite asset to the restaurant. Thank you for having me in your beautiful country this was a breakfast I will remember for a while has a Canadian tourist ??
I had the privilege of sharing my 52nd birthday here with some of my family. It was a last minute get together idea, Sunday early evening. We were treated very kindly. Our server took great care of us. Our food was perfect! Thank you for contributing to our get together and a wonderful birthday memory.
