Very rude on the phone place my order said 25 min for delivery. Called to see statues they answered the phone talking so fast saying it is on its way. Thought I called the wrong place normally you answer the phone letting person know whom they are talking to and name of company. Called back because it has been over an hr I asked where is my order said 25 min to delivery was rude saying it takes an hr. Took 1 hr and 20 min to get order. I think they need to train their staff to be more professional.
I used to do not like Happy's Pizza but all in all this is a great place to eat I cannot say anything bad about it the calzones our heavens to the highest Prince opinion extremely great

It not the same I've been here 2x in the last week its like they don't want you to be happy there getting stingy on the toppings mainly bacon and sausage and some old pepperoni medium look small I ordered a chicken dinner got the chicken no fries you guys are getting to go downhill get it together
Ordered a XXL cheese pizza and when it got to me it didn’t have any cheese and the crust was thin with Holes in it. When I called the store the manager was no help at all and told me that he wasn’t going to go back and fourth with me about the quality of the pizza . Look at the picture below
Do not eat there. I watched one of the cooks make a salad without gloves or washing his hands. Disgusting.
I order the same thing from this place daily. The “owner come in and the price magically changes . It’s not cool to rob people ‼️
The best happys pizza, cheese bread and wings I ever had. So hot and delicious every mf time. And the ranch ?? so good.
I order from this place all the time and normally don't have any issues- staff is friendly, food is good, etc. However my most recent order took about an hour to be delivered (which is fine) and I did not receive my entire order (bread was missing, one item.) I called the store and was offered a refund or for them to deliver the rest of the order. I chose to have the rest delivered and it took them another full hour to deliver the rest of the order which should not have been the case as it was one item and the store is close by. I also felt that I should have been told that it would take another hour to be delivered at the very least. As I've said earlier this location is usually great but the situation this past order should have been handled better.
Service was great but food not so much. My rib tips tasted real gamey even with all the sauce it still tasted real porky. Not the smoky flavor i was looking for. And then they weren't even hot all the way.
