For the Halal menu this place need to be checked out I am not sure if they're buying their meat from a Arabic Halal store..And sometimes when you get your shrimp and broccoli or shrimp and vegetables you can find little pieces of chicken in them that means he's cooking it with the same pan cooking the chicken with and I don't think it's Halal but maybe I am wrong I am not sure and no one can find it. but one day we will we are watching it carefully..when was an outsider care about your Halal now a days a Muslim are cheating you And it's all about the money if no one knows they will keep doing it money money. It sounds like McDonald's on Ford rd just stick the Halal sticker on there and go..Food are great the cook good the lady she's nice and I can see here arguing with old man sometimes,I just don't trust the old man in the kitchen..
I ordered my food I was told my order total was $21.00, I used my debit card and they changed my card $34.80 got the receipt and it said total was $29.00. when I mentioned the price difference the lady instantly got confrontational and loud telling me that I had to wait because it was pending and she only charged me $21.00 I showed them the bank notification of the transaction and she again said it was pending.. I asked why was it 3 different totals she got even louder saying I just have to wait. Now it is the next day and still the same issue. Not to mention I ordered shrimp fried rice and only received plain brown rice. The prices are always different depending on who takes your order and the customer service is getting more and more rude.Buyer be aware and always use cash.
I would not recommend this place. I orders food and gave them the address. Then the delivery person calls and says I’m here but wasn’t. Then he said he was 10 minutes away. Never arrived. He then went to the wrong address. So I decided to cancel my order because It was frustrating. The person didn’t want to cancel, kept calling me stupid and yelling and kept hanging up. I will never order from this place.
Amazing. Best American Chinese food within 25-30 miles. Just be sure to be specific if there is something specific you want. On occasion the chicken (sweet and sour chicken) or the crab rangoons or egg tolls will be overcooked or overly oily, but its not often, and any time i mention it at my next visit, they usually will give me a couple free egg rolls or extra chicken, or they'll knock off s few dollars, which is totally ok with me. The wait time was an issue for a while after they reopened from the pandemic, but they have definitely sorted it out and got back into a good flow again. I will not go anywhere else around here! Compared to the other "popular" Chinese takeout places around here, this is by FAR the best. Oh, also, they have the good, sweet crab rangoons, not the gross, not-sweet ones like Lums has!
This food was decent at best, honestly it just didn't taste right. Customer service was good, I would just suggest that they actually use fresh ingredients because you could definitely tell the chicken was old and rubbery. I could only eat the rice tbh.
Honestly can’t really complain about the food here. Its pretty consistent and reliable. The prices and portions are great as well as the timely service. I’ve ordered here quite a few times and haven’t had any issues. Some of the flavors are a bit bland, so I just add more sauce. Seems like typical American Chinese for the area to me.
What happened Dynasty to your sweet and sour chicken? I have been going here for years. Food is not the same from a year ago. Chicken is gummy and rice was bland egg roll was greasy and under cooked. Dynasty make me a customer again.?
Ordered for delivery through door dash and received what the owners considered 2 orders of General Tso’s Chicken. With a caution clearly expressed that the dish is “spicy”... what we got was as bland and sweet as any chicken chunks in fried rice. When I called (because of course I did) the owner told me that “people don’t like too spicy, if want spicy, you got to say ‘extra spicy’, then we make it spicy” so now you know.I also ordered an extra side order of‘general tso’s sauce’ for a dollar more which we didn’t receive. With the heavy competition between Chinese restaurants in the area, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
I walked in no elbow room to move, only 3 people can fit inside or it become very crowded especially with all the boxes. I couldn't order I had to leave based on the look; I could already see how my food would be turning out.
Never will I eat there again. Ordered almond chicken and they gave me like 5 pieces of hard overcooked chicken. Spring roll was soggy and gross. I like red ruby because they give you two breast and their food is cooked right.
