This is a fun place to being kids to run around and burn energy. It is unlimited in time for one flat price which is good as compared to other places which have a time limit. The downside is that the ball pit is of small size for babies and toddlers and they don’t have a separate bigger size one so the older kids also tend to jump in the smaller one. There is a pretty interesting ball vaccum but it was not working properly.
The kids had an amazing time beside the playground they have very interactive areas to play. Best part halal food!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Dinoland. I hosted my baby's 2nd birthday party here. It was a last minute get together for him and his cousins. I was able to book the room iI needed quickly and everything was set up for me when I got there. The staff offered me a cart to bring things inside, they held the cake for me in the fridge and my party host was amazing. Even if I don't host a party here, I would love to take my kids back. I don't live in Michigan anymore and I would love to bring my kids here every time we come to visit. The only thing I wish is for better pizza but that comes with time. Wonderful small business, it's cute and fun and even the adults had fun.
Wonderful Place I brought my Daycare Children here for our first summer time fun field trip. We had a blast customer service at the facility was great, the Lady that booked us was remarkable in helping us
We took our boys here for a play date and it was tons of fun. Dinoland was clean, modern looking, and they had coffee/food to purchase. Two play areas: one for little kids and one for bigger kids. My boys loved the dinosaur theme. Some of the gadgets in the big kid area weren't working as parts aren't available due to supply chain issues. I hope they get those fixed to add to the experience. I'd come back here for another play date or host a small birthday.
Attended my 4 year old great grandsons birthday party. His mom is deployed and she wanted something unique and special for him. Enjoyed the private room set up, the cleanliness, service and the patience shown by the waitress. I think this is better than Jungle Java when you want to let a child burn off that energy or meet for play dates.
We had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and my kids had a lot of fun! I really appreciated how the staff made a point to try to keep the toddler area for toddlers only. It’s nice to have a safe space for little ones.This was our second trip and I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you!
So sad to say, because we had my daughters first birthday here and she loved it, but it is completely unsafe for young children. The “staff” are little more than children themselves and are too scared to support you when someone hurts your child. My daughter is a toddler and we were together in the toddler area. All but three of the 20 children in there were toddlers, even though the sign said under 3 and must be supervised by an adult, hardly anyone was. Several children were adolescents. A boy pushed my daughter over as she was climbing up a slide and stepped on her head as she cried. Because no parent was with him, I firmly told him that he needed to be careful because he hurt the baby and she was crying. A 20something young woman suddenly tore in from the tables about 15 feet away and started screaming at me for “assaulting” her special needs child. Making up lies, and claiming that I “grabbed his arm”. I have been a teacher for nearly a decade, and I would never harm a child. I didn’t even raise my voice to him, but I don’t see why children should be allowed to accidentally or otherwise, hurt my child and I can’t even speak to them or ask them to acknowledge it? especially when they don’t have an adult with them, who should be the one addressing their behavior, so strangers don’t have to. I spoke to front desk, none of whom appeared to be over 21. They told me that parents are aggressive and do whatever they want. I told them that when I came in, the manager said she’d ask older kids to leave if they weren’t toddlers, because this really wasn’t safe. They informed me that that person had left and that there was no manager there. They were basically there to take your money and make snacks…This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen! If you have small children, avoid! Even the toddler area is for whoever is aggressive enough to claim it. No one will help you or your small child. Deeply disturbing…
I bring my kids here all the time and they always have a blast. Staff is super helpful and friendly and the place is very clean. I always see staff wiping down the playground and tables. Highly recommend if your looking to take your kids somewhere fun!
I had my son's 2nd birthday party there yesterday and it was awesome. The staff was incredible! We had a room attendant that helped with our set up and tear down. She was amazing!! Everyone at the front desk were quick to assist with anything we needed. I had children that were aged 13 down to 2 and every single one of them had a blast. I would absolutely have another party there. We had pizza that was provided by Dinoland and it was delicious. We were also allowed to bring in fruit, veggies, chips and dessert.Due to the amazing decor of the Volcano room, we did not need to bring in many decorations and they also provided table cloths, plates, napkins, cups, silverware, etc. Thank you for making it an easy and super fun party. Thank you so much for making it an incredibly fun and memorable day for our friends and family!!
