This place is by far one of the best pizza places i have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. i order from here about once a week for the last 5 years thats around 260 orders at least i have only ever had 2 issues that were fixed fast with no questions asked.The chopped salads here are one of the main reason i go to Detroit Pizza Factory you CANNOT find another chopped salad like this they are LOADED. i always order one large pizza for dinner and copped salad i have for lunch the next day they never let me down.Thank you Detroit pizza factory.

Phone order guy was rude and shut the phone on us when I asked if everything was halal. Called again and he acted like it was an accident. He then lied and told me everything is halal and we ordered from this place as we had wanted chicken wings as well. Chicken wings are not halal!!Girl on the cashier and in hijab helped us by replacing the chicken wings with a philly sandwich. Thank you!
This is my favorite pizza place in the entire city. Absolutely nothing beats it. Wonderful flavors, great dough, and very fresh ingredients. I get pizza from here at least once a week. Highly recommend.
I went to Detroit Pizza Factory to pick up food that my parents ordered. They ordered based on me telling them how much I liked their pizza (I usually order through Doordash). My mother told me how patient and nice the staff was as she placed the order seeing that this was her first time ordering.So, I guess this review is mainly based on their customer service because even I had to call them to inquire of their menu. I've always known the pizza was good, but good food WITH great customer service is always a huge plus.
Tried the 24" New York style pizza with just cheese and old world pepperoni (slightly spicy). IT WAS GREAT! It's HUGE and the slices are thin and foldable and equivalent to 3 or 4 regular slices each. After eating a lot of Detroit style pizza, this was a welcome change up that was well executed. We also ordered a large house salad +chicken and ranch. This was also very good. The salad is more of a chop-style salad, which we prefer. You get more variety in each bite. They didn't skimp on toppings. Including Kalamata olives. Again, not the typical pizza-place salad and a welcome change. Homemade ranch was great - the thinner kind that we locals know and love from years of eating at Michigan roadside diners and coneys. Finally, we tried their giant chocolate chip cookie. It was OK. Not amazing but certainly still tasty and delicious. Having it over baked and warm was really nice. But it's not really that giant. And the cookie is just OK. Good thing that cookies are inherently delicious, and with some tweaks, can be much improved. Their list of toppings is impressive. You can tell everything is higher than standard quality here. They do their own deliveries and our driver was nice, on-time, and very friendly. Overall a great expeience. The food and service are on point. It is more expensive. And in the case of Detroit Pizza Factory, it's worth it.
I ordered when they first opened, amazing. I ordered last week ... amazing. I ordered last night... girl didn't even put my order thru. 1 hour later i call back to ask where my pizza is... guy was stiff on the phone so i talked to the manager. She ended up delivering my order free of charge! And added a free pop bottle! Food is always amazing! Great customer service from management! High quality ingredients always! Thankyou for fixing my order and making my night great. Intend to stay a loyal customer!
I would recommend NY Style and Detroit Cheesesteak…… I posted this prior to ordering the same day. Have to move it down a star. Cheesesteak had 1 single banana pepper on 1 half and they forgot the sauce. ALWAYS CHECK FOR THE SAUCE! They make a habit of forgetting it. Still is excellent when they don’t swing and miss like this order
