The absolute worst run franchise in all of America. Sadly, this location made me black list all Chipotle locations indefinitely. Food is disgusting, poorly assembled, old and cold ingredients. Poorly wrapped and packaged. Even the bag it was packaged in was dirty and had food smears all over. Please shut down and allow a decent business to take over that space as you surely don’t deserve to be there!

Dirty, mismanaged, always out of ingredients, constantly get orders wrong. I don't even get greeted here which I would be fine with if everything was right. Some of the world's most incompetent people work here. They can't even close a container correctly. The minute you reach the door the juices from your container already seeped through the bag and your food falls out.

Honestly, I hate complaining but .. all I have to say about this location is do NOT order online unless you're picking up. This is the second time my online order (which is delivered through door dash) has taken over an hour just for them to cancel it. Then no one picks up the phone. Chipotle sent an automatic email saying I'd be refunded so, that's good at least. I think this isn't necessarily the employees fault, but poor management and short staff maybe? If you can't handle the online orders just block them until you have the staff to properly take on the workload.

When I ordered tacos the person taking my order said they had to make them because they didn't have any cooked. They offered just to make a soft taco but I wanted hard shell. I don't think they were happy with me being visibly irritated. Also when we walked in there was a big mess of food on one of the tables and where they were making the food was not clean.

I’ll start by saying I have celiac disease and a dairy allergy so I ordered something that should have been safe. I got a burrito bowl with absolutely no dairy but it was covered in cheese anyway. It shouldn’t be difficult to NOT add something. When I attempted to call the restaurant to have them send what I ordered, I couldn’t get through to an actual human. So my lovely husband made me a burger because now I had nothing to eat or feed my toddler. But, not completely defeated, I attempted to eat the guac which ended up having a lovely strip of some sort of plastic in it. Bon appetite ?

I paid extra money for queso and added extra fajita veggies, they did not add the veggies at all and no queso - this happens all the time. Terrible service

My mans Russel gave me some of the BEST customer service, I wish more people in food business would be more like him

Don’t waste your money. Twice I was charged for my order online and didn’t receive my food when I arrived. On one occasion she told me it would be at least a half hour and wouldn’t give me a refund said I had to request it online I did and they never refunded me. The second time I ordered online again and I arrive and the place is closed!!! To this day I have yet to have them refund my money we’re talking $30 they stole from me. Terrible service! Go elsewhere

I gave two stars for the convenience to pickup orders via Chipotlane. The food quality needs some work: I normally order burrito bowls with brown rice and the rice is always crunchy/undercooked. I tried white rice and it's the same issue. Also missing items from my order with no explanation.
