This review is strictly related to our experience with the staff member, Mel on 7/19/22. As is a rarity these days in fast food drive through , Mel was superb. We had a large order with modifications as well as separate transactions. She was friendly, polite, helpful and just truly a breath of fresh air. In addition, our order was correct and she even included sauces and napkins without us asking. Overall a pleasant experience. Mel, thank you for being kind!!!!! Checkers, if you read this, she deserves a raise!!!!
I’m literally just DoorDashing and I’m new to it so I pulled up to the speaker and said I have a DoorDash and the lady rudely told me to go to the left side of the building and I asked if she meant the window that I got out my car at and she was like “did I ever say anything about getting out your car? No” and I was like “okay u don’t have to have an attitude about it I was just wondering” and she said “u asked a question and I answered” then proceeded to laugh over the mic. Idk what’s going on but for the past couple months nobody at this store has been respectful especially the night shifts. Like I literally was just wondering I didn’t deserve to get an attitude lol.
Been going here quite awhile. Live close by. Very good selection of food. Ice cream is cold & heavy on cones or in shakes. Fish & chicken sandwiches excellent along with French fries. Employees very friendly & good Service.
They have been on point lately! I gave 4 stars cuz sometimes they mess up but nothing big and they always fix the order if it is. Great people and great food ( try the tenders they bomb af and recommended by employees )
This is one of my grandson's favorite fast food restaurants. The food here is still delicious especially the frozen drinks and hot fries.
Food was cold cheese and burger was completely cold like it was a cold deli sandwich no care. The only was fresh were the fries! Soda taste like the caps was unclean. Just all the way unpleasent
Terrible customer serviceOrdered 3 meals. Didn't get 2 of them. Pulled right around and asked where my meals where?She said do you have your receipt? I said no. I literally just ordered the food from you.No refund. No New food. So I basically LOST 15$thanks Checkers ?
this location just sold me food with red hair in it! them would not refund my money! I've already contacted corporate
Boneless wings are the shiznit with a side of honey mustard of course.....fries are amazing.....and the cheese Stix are like no other!....my location is on point....always!....shout out to the Shift manager and her crew!
Took my grandkids for a treat they didn't have any kids meals they were out of milk shakes and another drink the kids asked for and the double burgers look like single ones. I spend 30 dollars and that was just for 3 kids.
