This is my second visitPros: Menu items are always available. The hours of operation are okay. I have never had a problem with the quality of the coffee.Cons: I saw some actions(mopping the floor without removing crumbs first) at closing and not one table was wiped down. I have not seen one hand washed.
I’m waiting for my car to be fixed down the street at Discount Tire… so I walked here for a coffee. Never been here. The friendly gentlemen at the counter asked what I liked and gave a great suggestion. I got a Teddy Bear iced coffee. The young man making the coffee was very polite and made a beautiful looking drink! The place looked inviting when you stepped inside. They have two tables with a big stuffed animal sitting at the table as if they are customers. So I sat with the big teddy bear. I took a photo, then the first gentleman suggested I take a selfie with the bear…. So I did! Nice, clean, friendly, professional shop. They offer wi-fi, as well! Thank you for making the wait for my car more pleasurable.
Every other time I get a coffee from here it's made wrong. This was my previous coffee made of snow and espresso. I like to pay for what I get and this is not it.
It was ok. I prefer pilot or speedway but this worked out for me in jiffy because I don't like Starbucks or Tim Hortons
Best place to get a coffee before work I usually get red bull peach cream freeze.
Everybody is complaining about Service..Not Here. Everyone who works here is just nice. It's great to see people being congenial, and smile at you.Oh, good coffee, too!

I've been coming to this Biggby for a few months now and can honestly say they have not once made a bad a bad drink for me , super friendly, Super nice, Thank You from your local Pastor !!!
