I have been a long-standing customer from back when there was only 1 location. We ordered out today, and I placed an order for an Ananas Special. I bit into the sub, something was off. I opened up the sub and realized they forgot to add the turkey. I called Ananas and instead of saying come back sorry for the mix up something anything, whoever was on the phone insisted he put the turkey and I was wrong. While I’m staring at my sandwich that clearly was made incorrectly, a sorry about that would have been acceptable. I ended up hanging up because I wasn’t getting anywhere and I wasn’t about to argue over a slice of Turkey for the next 10 mins. I am writing this hoping the owner will see this post, and perhaps address his employees on customer service. It’s so off putting to get a response like that, and it doesn’t make me want to come back.
The badest food ever and it’s very expensive the man on the phone so weird the shawarma is pieces of meet it’s not even shawarma the chicken shawarma is very bad cold and need alot of salt the wings are frided in old oil like one year and burned the barbecue wings are bitterVery bad experience
They never get an order right. Always missing something. I ordered 2 subs 1 no pickles and 1 no lettuce , and both subs were wrong. My kids refused to eat them even after I tried removing the pickles. 20$ and 2 subs were thrown in the trash.
Made the decision to go here based off of their menu. Arrived and they apparently have a night menu which is completely different than their day menu. Ordered food which took 25 minutes to make. The sandwiches were decent, but the fries were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t eat them. Think generic frozen fries put in the oven and not cooked long enough. Soft and limp. Barely warm. Spent way too much money for food that was basically inedible. Didn’t have time to actually sit and eat because of how long it took them to make the meal, so I had no option but to just take it as a loss. I would never go here again.
I asked them to not toast my sub which contained turkey bacon. He sent me a turkey sub, with raw bacon. It was absolutely disgusting. When I called to ask him why he would send it that way, he said that I asked him for RAW bacon LOL just be professional and admit you made a mistake. It happens when restaurants are busy! Just own up to your mistake and make it right. Not sure if it has new owners or not. But it used to be one of my favorite restaurants back in the day.
Garbage food. V bad staff look like they are high on drugs specially the night staff. Don’t waste your money
I got one chicken shawarma one falafel with salad $21 dollars but I threw the food in the garbage because it smells so bad and the salad not fresh !!!!!!
Order 4 kashta plate , paid 35$ .And it was liquid , almost juice !!! Called and was so repectfull to tell them thats its not good . The employee answered called mohamad . He said this is the kashta we have . I said but we cant eat it , he replied i can eat it !! And he was so rude and disrespectful and hang up on me !!!!!
Went in last night at about 11, was rushed by the cook/cashier to order, rushed us while taking our order, and our food was put together sloppy. I ordered no pickles or tomatoes on my corned beef sub due to the fact that I’m allergic to tomatoes but the cook still managed to put them on there had to wipe my sandwich off to get them off. Honestly wish I had taken a bite before I looked at it because they’d have a lawsuit on their hands!!! Negative 6 stars terrible service would not recommend. First and last time.
This is probably the best place I've ever tried in my life. I'm actually new to Dearborn and I was curious what my options were. I was feeling middle eastern food and did quick google search of what was available near me. I ended up finding this place and I gave it a shot. I had a chicken sub with extra pickles and a side of ranch. and Mann let me tell you. SO JUICYYYY!
