As I type, I'm in the restaurant (For UberEats). The service is horrible but the food might be good. A long wait. It a sacrifice you have to make. I seen worker missing fries and felt the bottom to make sure it wasn't sitting there too long. And the guys play with their hair around the food. I wouldn't eat here can't see how you would.
I've only had their steak subs and they are great! Love their garlic sauce (viscosity is on point not runny or too thick) fries are subpar to be honest but their sandwiches keep me coming back.
Every single time I ask for extra pickles in my sub, they put me NONE AT ALL. Literally, every time I’ve ever asked for extra pickles they don’t put any at all. I’m not even exaggerating. The sub comes with pickles already. I just want extra pickles. It’s like they’re doing it on purpose just because I asked for extra. It’s so rude. Not one time did I ask for extra pickles and actually get extra pickles, even any pickles at all. EXTRA PICKLES DOES NOT MEAN NO PICKLES!
I get prices have changed. I don’t have problem with price changes. I have a problem their boss telling employees to tell customer credit card machine doesn’t work bc they don’t want to pay credit card fees. If 1-3% is more important than your customer keep the food. Not blaming the employees, poor management method.
They have very quick deliver. That's about it!! The subs tasted horrible! I'm so sorry to say this. But you guys have changed tremendously compared to like 3 years ago! The chicken sub had huge pieces of chicken like almost a full breast that was really OLD dry as a desert and tasted nasty. The sub did NOT contain all that it says on the menu. Zero flavor, no salt even. The only thing I tasted was the 3 days old, no salt, really dry chicken.
First time coming to this restaurant and there service is incredible, I highly recommend coming here for food and the awesome service ?(UPDATE)There officially my go to restaurant, amazing employees, and amazing food!!! I have known albasha subs since it originally opened in Dearborn. Over the past few years the quality has become awful. I continue to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but over the past year I have ordered 3 to 4 times and it is just utterly awful, even once I actually took the food back and asked for a refund because of how awful it looked and smelled. This last time I ordered five subs, none were marked so we had to open them up, they were all soggy, the meat was old, the lettuce was brown and we could not finish them because how awful they were. Even though when I ordered I specifically requested them to be made fresh. I would recommend to stay away from this place.
Decent sized meals. I had the 8" Cajun chicken sub, wifey had the Mango Habanero chicken plate w/ shrimp added and we shared a large chicken ceasar salad. None of the food was finished in one sitting, so A+ on the portion side. The presentation made the food more attractive too. It looked awesome. Another A+ for coming fresh off the grill. The veggies were crunchy. However, the flavor, I say, was a little disappointing. Maybe it was my selection. My wife really enjoyed her meal. I'll need to give them a second try to determine if I'll return. Sorry. Took no pictures, that will change in the future. This place should be tried.
Very bad service , they do it in purposeEvery time we order fries orders comes missing the fries and when we call , they respond by sorry maybe it was oversightedTonite i suppose to receve my order at 9:55 pm , i called 10:20 and they said sorry he will be there in 5 minutes . I called again at 10:50 and they said he will be there in 5 minutes , at 10:55 i receved the order flipped upside down the salad was too suggy like its been sitting and waiting for hours , yes very bad place to trust safety and i do recommend that the health department visit that store and watch how they make the food as myself i will stop ordering from that place .
When I first tried their food a couple years ago, it was great. We ordered it kind of often. Took a break from them for a while, and within the last couple months I’ve ordered 3 times. Buns always burned, chicken not cooked right, soggy fries…and on top of that, my last order gave me food poisoning in the middle of the night and lasted a good 2 days of stomach pain. I will never order again.
