Crave case! Yum! Fast, friendly service!
The person working in the Drive-Thru was not very friendly and not very courteous I was saying thank you for everything and they were not responding just kind of ignoring me then I get home with my sack of sliders and he come to realize they stopped putting ketchup and mustard on them so just say the least they were extremely dry and some of the burgers had six pickles on it some had none some had one go figure
We stopped today at your location. We had a few questions about the menu and the girl who took our order was so very patient. When got to the pickup window I asked the girl if she was the one who took our order and she was. We told her how we appreciated her patience and courteous manner. I used the White Castle app for the first time today. I ordered and paid for 12 original sliders. Since there was no option in the app to add mustard and ketchup, I put that in the special instructions. I arrived at the time my order was scheduled to be ready - 10:44 pm. The dining room was closed, so I had to get in the drive-through line behind everyone whose orders were yet to be prepared and paid for. It took 20 minutes for the 5 cars in front of me to order and pay for their food. I finally arrived at the pickup window to receive my sliders that had been prepared at least 20 minutes earlier. When I got home, the sliders were (surprisingly) still warm and tasty but, you guessed it... no mustard or ketchup. White Castle online ordering is a complete fail.
Had a terrible experience at this location. Told them I wanted the crave case. I wanted 25 with just cheese only and 5 of them with everything on it. My fiancé only likes cheese on his but when I got home all of his burgers had everything on it. So I drove back to the restaurant and explained to the lady at the speaker nicely that his burgers all had everything on it but I wanted only cheese. He can’t eat onions and he’s allergic to mustard. She wanted my box back so I gave her the box while they redid all the burgers. She apologized and I waited awhile and she brought out the burgers and she said his burgers was n the yellow boxes and they only have cheese on them and mines are n the blue boxes. I went with her word and returned home only to find out all his burgers had a lot of onions on them so he had to scrape them off. I should have just checked them so I could get my money back. Never coming back here again.
Food was fine and hot but the service was not good. The person at the drive thru talked so quietly and when we simply asked if she could repeat what she said, she pretty much snapped at us. Coupled by the fact that it took us almost 5 minutes to get our food AT THE DRIVE THRU where other customers are waiting, we didn't even get so much as a thank you or "have a nice day". Not only does the food have to be good, but so does the service. Oh and I asked for the 1921 combo with no pickles and lettuce. What did I get? Pickles and lettuce on both burgers. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to those or anything...
The lady at drive thru was great and had a pleasant attitude, food was hot & fresh!
I've ordered from there twice recently and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Also the fact that I did not receive the food I ordered. I certainly won't be wasting my time or money there again
It’s a fast friendly location can’t be too picky it’s White Castle; it’s worth the stop .
Food was fresh and hot. The customer service was less than desirable though. The person taking our order spoke with an attitude like she was doing us a favor by taking our money. Smh I don't know if I will return.
