I thought to myself, wow no line in the drive thru must be nice. Well I see why now. I ordered baconator with baconator fries and the fries were the most disappointing I've ever seen. It seems like every Wendy's is lazy like this and doesn't put cheese on the loaded fries like u ask them too. Just remember, if there's no line, there is prolly a reason why.
Workers rude, went at 9pm only accepting cash and they didn’t wanna make extra chicken crispy patties so they gave me one of the 4$ chicken breast on my 1$ one and I could tell the difference because I got two and one was normal and the other was the 4$ chicken breast. So I guess if you want chicken sandwiches for 1.79 instead of 4$+ go here instead of the other Wendy’s
Needed a quick bite and decided to give it 1 more try and still disliked this place. Not the old wendys 1 bit. I try to stay away from this place now absolute garbage compared to Culver's.
Had order that included a 10 piece nugget. Received a 9 piece nugget. Also will add that literally every single time I've ordered a meal with a drink, a straw was never included. Ever.
Food, fantastic. Staff, super friendly. Wait times, yikes! Since covid and the staffing shortage, the wait times are about double in the drive through. The saving grace is the smile waiting at the window and the hot, fresh, always correct order we get. Once the staffing issues are taken care of, I'd easily bump my rating to 5 ?
I have been to this location before and was disappointed. This time I hit the drive thru and my order was quicker and food was warm . My biggest problem here is Wendy's is overpriced. $$
Staff are incompetent, can’t follow directions. Manager didn’t care and wasn’t helpful at all. Wouldn’t go back there again. Hard to find good help anymore.
Food was called condiments were limited on the food. Bad experience for a 30 some dollar order.
My order was correct and my fries were hot.
I tried the maple croissant bacon chicken sandwich. Really good. Never had it before. Good service.
