I’ve gone ahead and edited the store hours on the details on Google to reflect what time this Wendy’s apparently closes. When we pulled in to the drive thru line, there were 4 cars ahead of us at 11:09. By 11:35 two cars ahead of us had given up and left so we were now waiting behind two cars. We had placed an online order in an effort to expedite things. The man at the speaker must have waited 30 minutes to place his order. We did see him pull forward and get his food while the car ahead of us waited to order. By 11:47, they came on and said “Thank you for your patience. Wendy’s has closed.” Despite only being the 5th car in line at 11:09, we somehow didn’t make it to the speaker before they closed at 11:47. I can respect being short handed, but just close at 11 if it’s that problematic. Poor management and short staffing may be to blame, but definitely skip this Wendy’s if you have any other option. In fact, just go home and eat a bowl of cereal like we did.

Wendy's is not how I remember it!Today I went there on Gratiot Ave.in Mt.ClemensWe spent $28 & my order was jacked up!?I ordered a baconator combo, a crispy chicken sandwhich, regular double and a lrg chili. Ok,fine. I get home and the wrappers weren't right. My Dad ended up eating my sandwich bcuz it was in a chicken wrapper! There was no bacon on it anyway ?I'm sorry but I won't be back.
The wait staff is excellent here and are very tentative to your needs. I love this place. Note: since Covid-19 restrictions I haven't eaten in but their wait staff is still tentative to your take out and curbside orders.
I ordered delivery from Wendy's. The online ordering process was frustrating. I would be almost done placing my order thru doordash and it would reset or freeze. But after a few tries, it finally took.My order arrived fairly quickly, within 20 minutes. The third party doordash delivery driver handed me my food and drink, both which was sealed with a sticker, proof of freshness and safety sealed.My burger was just as I ordered it, extra lettuce, a single tomato, bacon strips added on and wrapped in lettuce. It was so juicy and hot, like it just came off a summer bbq grill.The frosty!! I ordered two tiny vanilla frosties. My dog devoured hers in more minutes. What a nice treat for her. Whereas my frosty was used to dip my fries in. The fries were hot, crispy, lightly salted and the sweetness of the frosty combined with the salty of the fries made for one delicious treat.Overall all I would rate this 5/5. I am not rating Wendy's on my normal 10 scale, because I did not go to the restaurant. Love Wendy's food, Little pricey, but at least they didn't shrink their portions little everyone else did. Great taste, Very friendly staff
I ordered a double stack and it looked like the mustard bottle exploded on the sandwich. Why would anyone serve that to a customer? I have some ideas but will not share what I think about a person that would serve food to a customer knowing something was wrong with it.
I would love to give 0 stars I was here yesterday around 12 n the trailer park trash at window with army fatigue coat on at drive thru was very nasty and rude!! I see why they can’t keep a staff!! Then she was serving, touching food with blood marks on her hand, I’m calling the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! B careful ppl look at their hands before u get ur food, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Customer service was lacking the morning I came for brekfast. The young lady operating the drive through didn't say but a word to me and seemed very out of sorts. Also we were there for some time, and were the only car in the drive-through with a clear lobby, and even if they had to cook food, it should not have taken as long as it did. I'll give them one more chance
I'm SO pleased to be writing a new review for this Wendy's. (I've lived nearby for about a year and a half, and unfortunately have been avoiding this location-due to a couple bad attempts early on.) So, honestly, I've been away for a few months now... but omg did they nail it on my last visit!I had to come back here and make sure everyone knows!!My service was great; friendly, FAST, and accurate!! I'm so impressed with this turn around and I'm so excited to be able to fulfill my cravings for Wendy's more frequently. Thank you Wendy's!! I know I'm only one person, but I believe you can impact your whole community with good service. Good job!
