My doordash order was horrible they complained didn’t have anything ready and when I got to the window asking me what I have. Today I ordered they breakfast combo and it was trash potatoe fries cold pop flat, managers even don’t know what they doing and always asking u to repeat your order at window. Workers are rude just a horrible place ugggh I’ll drive somewhere else,to another location before I eat here and this one is by my house….. Trash workers service cold food flat pop just a disgrace
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and only got a single, plus the food was barely warm. Like maybe 99 degrees as it felt similar to my body temp so like it had been sitting out for a bit. No receipt either, didn’t even ask, so I can’t actually reach out to Wendy’s about being charged extra for what I actually received.

I ordered a large combo and got a small one and when I told the young lady at the window that my order was wrong, she argued with me and was extremely rude. She actually closed the window as I was talking. We go to this Wendy's all the time and have never had such problems. The food was cold and the french fries were all little pieces. When my granddaughter wants Wendy's, from now on we will find another one to go to.
This is my convenient restaurant. The fries are never ever hot, however they put fast back into fast food. Get nuggets only
Rude and will not do two orders for one car. I understand it's harder but during these times it might be a necessity due to the dining room being closed.
I worked at this location and the entire back is normally disgusting, they overwork their staff and expect us to do it fast when we are waiting on the person making the food yet the cashier is being rushed , refuse to pull up they are just going to give you old food anyways . You want fresh fries ? Expect the same fries just dipped into the fryer for 10 seconds. Sandwich cold? Shoved into the microwave . And don't get me started about how bad their coffee is, most of the creamer they use is expired and left out . The salads are just cheap and gross they pick your lettuce out of old bags with rotting lettuce and not fresh . Oh and be careful , if your too rude or come in a busy time where the sandwich maker is annoyed with their job , you will get a line if grease from the wall rubbed into your bun (I've seen it happen multiple times ) this was my first job and I've never seen a company so mismanaged and terrible at service.
After about 6 months since the last time we were here at this location, because of constant bad service (getting orders wrong), we decided to have Wendys for lunch. Literally one half hour ago, we stopped here and ordered. I even repeated a special order of NO TOMATOES. Got home and what did my wife find on her hamburger??? TOMATO!!!!!!!! This is why we do not go to Wendys or usually any other fast food joints any longer. Employees are not very friendly at times, They take forever to complete the orders and they MOST usually get the order wrong. And these employees at fast food want $15.00Hr?!?!? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Take pride in your work and you may have customers agreeing that you people need more money. As it goes now? Most fast food people don't deserve minimum wage!!!!
Received the wrong food,and the new hot and crispy fries should be called the cold and flimsy fries,ordered regular nuggets,there was one regular nugget in the box and the rest were spicy nuggets,fries ? And this was in my fry box,half the order of fries clumped together! The owner needs to stay on top of his management team,this type of thing has happened to me in the past at this same location!
