I always go to this location and never had a issue. However today I go to location and order my normal taco sub with no tomatoes extra crushed taco Chips and salsa on the side. When I told the lady I wanted extra taco shells she proceeded to say I don’t have taco chips she proceeded to say in a rude way this is not Taco Bell. I say that was a rude comment you shouldn’t be talking to a customer like that. She proceeds to say I don’t care your a customer. I go to the register and pay for my order and I ask the guy working the register who was the manager and can I speak with him l. He was very nice and polite about the situation and apologized. Ask he is telling what I can do the lady then yells across the store I am the owner so what you don’t want your sub anymore. However a young lady that works there come back from break and I’m speaking to her about it, she apologized to me as well but then here come the rude lady(owner) talking to the employee what you apologizing for. Granted the young lady was trying to defuse the situation as she could see I was upset. If that lady is the owner Tubby corporation need to not allow her to use their name because she is most definitely making a bad name for tabby’s. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS TUBBYS. I wish I could rate it a no star

Everyone they hire, is a barely speaking English foreigner. I told them 2 times while placing my order and another 3 times when they was making it, followed up when they was handing it to me (steak, cheese, an tubby sauce). Only 3 ingredients and they still messed up my order with putting no freaken cheese on my sub. How dumb do u haft to be to miss 1 out of only 3 ingredients that I asked for on my sub, theis tubby's needs to do better on who they hire to cook.
Slow service. Rude customer service personal. Stood there for almost 5 mins before she acknowledged me. She didn’t even look me in my face and her voice tone said “I hate my job” she printed my order before I completed my order then seemed annoyed that I had additional items to add.
