HUGE shout out to the team at the store about 145pm today.My muffler FELL OFF while in the drive through. This left me waiting in the parking lot for a tow and initially unable to grab my food.Once I was able to go in and grab my meal, the staff was just very kind and compassionate. They wished me luck and didn't hesitate with the key when I needed to use the restroom some time later.I just wanted to make sure they received the recognition because I TREMENDOUSLY appreciate the general kindness.
This happens constantly, however, I just let it go! Not anymore! When customers order Boston Creme Donuts, why would ANYONE cram 3 donuts in your tiny bags??? The worst is the person that gets the one on the bottom! Not hard to guess where the frosting is when the donut is face down on bottom of bag??? Stuck! So.....the donut comes out with the creme all over your hand and the rest stuck to the bag. Not even edible. BIG SUGGESTION: Use a little larger bag or maybe split them up in 2 bags? I called to speak to an employee, so it stops happening to all, and your calls are not put through. Busy? 1 car ahead of me MOST of the time. I guess "just cannot be bothered." Pandemic times are hard for all businesses, however, some employee teams are aiming to please. This is a normal request. Would you want to eat the bag instead of the donut? Not me. Worthy of a round table discussion tomorrow morning!
Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I had fresh coffee and bagels. Great to see all the staff at this location with Awesome work ethics! I will be back when in the area.
Great coffee but the guy at the drive-thru got mad at me because they gave me the wrong latte I asked for a hot one they gave me an iced one . It really didn't have to be any big deal at all it's the same cost all he needed to do was exchange it but instead he got all mad at me and we started bickering and he actually physically started to climb out the drive through window after me so I threw the coffee at him and left but overall I like Tim Hortons .

Love this Tim Hortons, Bobby the manager was great and super helpful!
I never understood the popularity of Tim Hortons. The coffee is good, but the donuts always taste and feel like they have been sitting out for long periods of time.
Average service and food, what you'd expect. It's disappointing that the store has strange hours and days that are completely shut down, and isn't ever open in the afternoon. What gives.
I love this Tim's! Though I could be biased as it's down the street from my house. The employees are always so nice and always get my order right. They also have the best coffee!
