I asked for assorted tim bits and I was given 2 flavors. Ordered a cafe mocha and was given a coffee with barely any chocolate and no whip cream.
They forgot to put the egg on both my bacon egg and cheese bagels. Usually have a good experience but im so disappointed right now.
I bought two sandwiches. Ate one yesterday. Started to eat the second sandwich today and had a long hair in my mouth.
Person who took my order was not nasty but annoyed at me. Wish people would be more pleasant, need to learn from the Chick-fil-A style of service.
Immature children work at this location (Sunday evening Dec. 19th) yelling into the intercom, denying menu items and laughing in the background when at the window. If you can't trust the employees to act semi mature when ordering your food how can you trust them with your food?
Terrible service, the coffee always tastes like it’s been sitting and literally every time my order has been wrong.
Ordered and Door Dash two plain bagels with bacon lettuce tomato and eggs and cheese and I even called to let them know to make sure they got the order correctly because I am highly allergic to poppyseeds. That’s what they sent me.
Ordered a 10 pack if chocolate glazed timbits and got 2 of them and they just threw 8 random donuts in. Tried calling 4 times and of course no one answers the phone. Rude lady taking orders too can definitely tell she doesn't want to be there.
Make sure you check the order board in drive thru and check your bag before you drive away. Been coming here for a year, 9 times out of 10, my order is wrong, but unfortunately they’re the only place open in the early morning. Staff is usually really friendly though, and maybe they’re just short staffed cuz of COVID, otherwise I’d give fewer stars. I would say if you have time, go to the Tim Hortons a half mile down the road on the other side.
Good as always but they are working on the road making it super hard to get in and out
