I got to this one a lot, it's right on my way to work. Just had the worst experience, workers straight out sad I had an attitude because I was having a problem saying a word. Early morning things. Pretty sure she thought she turned her mic off, but didnt.Didnt even give me recpit to make a review on, never had that happen before, very uncalled for
Went through the drive-through ordered my coffee And the coffee was wrong when I got to the window The cashier grabbed it out of my hand i kno workers are hard to find but theres no excuse for bad service and i now see all the bad reviews here lately and i know now why everrryone from the manager down needs fired and start over ..wont be back
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! They all deserve a raise. I have never experienced better anywhere else.
Staff can be super rude. I politely pointed out their mistake when they gave me my latte hot instead of iced. No big deal, just wanted it made correctly. The person working the window rolled his eyes, sighed and walked off muttering about how I didn't tell him it was supposed to be iced. All they would have had to do was pour the hot one over some ice, I really don't understand why they had to be a jerk about it.
Out of recent orders they have a 30% correct rate. It's been this way or worse for the last couple of years. I've been willing to chalk it up to "the pandemic" and excuse the really bad service but I'm finally at the point where I will not be coming to this location anymore.What ever you order 50% of that order is or will be wrong, and every 1/3 orders is actually correct. Don't come here if you want your money to buy you what you asked for..
Used to be an awesome clean inside and out location, not anymore. Although the staff is always friendly the building and grounds are very run down. Surprised Clinton Twp doesn't site for blight. Also, they no longer carry items that are on every other Tim Hortons menu across the metro Detroit area. Not sure how you no longer carry cinnamon rolls. Will only be back when the one on Gratiot is too busy.
Great drinks and donuts. But my favorite drink the frozen hot chocolate the machine is down alot.
I work from home, I wanted to grab a snack, decided to get a asiago bagel, now I'm wondering why on earth, was I given a bagel that makes a rock feel softer?I asked the employees if I could get a better asiago. They made a joke that I'm trying to get another one for free, I told them I don't want this one, even though it's very warm, it's still extremely hard. I want a fresh bagel, but yet I was given a very old bagel and it's quite easy to tell. I was given a cookie for my time being wasted. But guess what? That cookie, is even harder than the asiago. I broke the cookie in two and it sounded like one of those ginger snap cookies. Never coming back here again. Also fix your employees, they scream, curse, yell, and argue.
These people really don't pay attention. I asked for bacon oh, I get sausage. I asked for a hash brown, I get a donut.
