I took my kids here to get a spot of ice cream and a couple doughnuts. I was waiting patiently to ask the lady behind the counter for a couple samples so my littles could see if they really did like the kind of ice cream that they were looking at. Before I got the chance to ask for said samples a had two rude ladies step in front of my children and I asking for samples first and they got theirs first before we were even spoken to and they were served first. We were also never greeted when we came into the store at all. After the rude ladies got their ice cream and then complained that they couldn't use a gift card they said they didn't want their ice cream anymore and told the lady she could put it back. Only then were were served... I asked for two SMALL scoops of ice cream...not what I got. I got two overflowing cups which I didn't want because I KNEW they wouldn't eat THAT much. I had to throw about 97% of the ice cream away...I was never offered my receipt and I had to ask for it. The lady couldn't even bother to give it to me...she printed it out & walked away!!! I had to remove it from the printer myself....whatever happened to customer service??? The lobby floors, windows and doors could use really good cleaning too
I love there blackberry mint refresher. I also got there strawberry cheese cake donut it was so good.

Kids at window not responsive. Seemed they were preoccupied and not caring what they were doing. Food cold and not done. No receipt offered. I wont come again because this was3rd bad visit.
Not a bad place at all but when you're short-staff it can seem like we're going slow (blame it on the pandemic). Noneoftheless we have the best hard-working friendly staff, fresh food and fresh coffee all around the clock. Our signature sandwiches are a must, try our new Timbiebs and you decide...Happy Holidays!
Love the coffee but a few weeks ago I went and the woman taking my order had on a half shirt and jogging pants on very unprofessional

I do not go to Tim Hortons I cut through the parking lot to go to Family Dollar I wouldn't wait my time and money to go to Tim Hortons do not care for Tim Hortons I used to work at a Tim Hortons 19 Mile and Hayes the owner at that time what's a real b**** I'm just saying
