This Timmy Ho's has the best staff EVER! Zach, Angela, Ellie,Angela (and anyone else I have missed) They are always so friendly and have the best vibes! Coffee isn't bad, but it's the amazing customer service that keeps me coming back! you guys ROCK! !!love your favorite mocha iced coffee, w/ everything bagel w/ cream cheese not toasted ;)
Sorry for the lenth of this review, but this must be said: This review is on behalf of my mother who just had a terrible experience at this location earlier today. She is a regular customer and is used to the typical screw ups that this location tends to do. As part of doing buisness she would normally check the order real quick before moving on. Today on April 12th 2022 at 9:26 a.m. my mother ordered some croissants(some with egg, some without, order #186)As my mother went to check the order, a manager named Cassie told her that she handled the order herself and that the order was complete. My mother then said that she just wanted to confirm everything. Cassie then told her to "move it! NOW!" "Get!!!" My mom was now annoyed and said that she wasn't and proceeded to continue checking the order. Cassie then said "if you come back here, we will not serve you!" She was clearly on a powertrip and given that the order was wrong the last 5 times, Cassie was out of line, unprofessional, and has no buisness working directly with customers let alone older folks! Needs to be fired!
I got a coffee and a donut this morning and I didn't realize that I didn't have my wallet on me till after I order in the drive thru, so I waited and let the drive thru people know. They said it was no problem and gave me my coffee and donut for free. This made my day truly and they were all so nice about my embarrassing moment
Staff is very friendly and helpful I just think they need to work on keeping the donuts fresher.
I wish I knew who was making the caramel macchiatos at this location but the last couple times I’ve gone it’s tasted Terrible! It’s sad McDonald’s does a better job than an actual coffee place. Also, I’ve worked in fast food before so I know how taxing the public can be but someone else should be in that window. It used to be a pleasant experience when I felt like treating myself but I no longer get that feeling when I go here.
This Is the absolute worst Tim Hortons in the area. It used to be one of the best but has gone downhill fast.They don’t know the difference between sugar free vanilla shot and a vanilla flavor shot. They look completely different but I can understand the confusion. This was about a week ago. Now today my Father is elderly and near deaf and I’m not one to scream at people into the speaker from the passenger seat so he’s trying to order the order taker was great and deserves recognition. The window person on the other hand should really go back to training if she’s going to hand out hot tea without a sleeve. The policy is anything BESIDES hot tea is to go out without a sleeve there are reminders posted by the window but this chick didn’t like the fact that my father was taking too long to drive up to window so she felt it necessary to be unnecessarily rude. So if you want your order right and to not be treated in such a manner I’d advise you go ANYWHERE else.
BAD TIM HORTONS. The Tim Hortons at this location Harper & 15 mile rd. Do not offer senior discount on food they also raised there prices higher than any Tim Hortons around. Point of interest for all Seniors , the best Tim Hortons location cheaper prices and offers discount to us seniors are at 15 mile rd and Utica rd. Better service and better food . I spend a lot of money every day at Tim Hortons. The 15 & Harper location I give a half a ⭐️ only. Note the same owner has the one on Gratiot and 13 mile , kept very dirty and also have higher prices and no senior discount. Bad place to get food or coffee. Another Half Star!!!
tried to get get coffee and said they were cleaning the machines, very disappointed that a coffee shop cannot provide coffee.

I think the coffee and ice caps might have crack in them!!!? Very good products... addictive! And no matter which one I go to, I always get treated well. They have delicious sandwiches as well.
