Well they mess up my oreo ice cap at least once every other morning. But the people are incredible and the food and beverages are delicious.
They are always out of stuff that they should be stocked up on in and the service is very very poor!Update from my last review which was a atleast a couple of years ago! This Tim Hortons is seriously thee absolute worst it’s even worse than my last review! I’d rather drive 5-10 miles to a different Tim Hortons which I actually do just to get good food and service! Every time I order any type of muffin at this location it tastes like frickin charcoal!!! They must not ever clean their equipment it’s just nasty! Seriously just shut this one down. I won’t even go to this one on a day I’m pinched for time. I’d rather go without my coffee and food because it’s just like throwing my money down the toilet anyway.
This is the first review I’ve ever written. The service here is so bad I had to write this. None of their employees wore masks throughout the entire Covid pandemic. The whole kitchen is a mess. You can see it from the drive thru window. There are personal belongings everywhere, purses on the tables where food is prepared, and generally just lots of things that don’t belong in a food preparation environment. Today I visited and ordered a wrap and coffee. After paying and getting the straw for my drink, I had to wait for a while. Then the person at the window asked me if I was waiting on something. I replied, yeah my wrap? The employee had no memory of me ordering a wrap and another person had to make it for me. After I left, I went to put my straw in my coffee when I realized I never received my coffee either. I turned around and went back and the employee didn’t remember I ordered a coffee either. I paid money and the only thing I received was a straw. They had no memory of my order. Additionally, the employees are arguing every single time I’m here. They talk and yell with the window wide open. Often times I can see employees eating right where the food is made. Today, I heard “I don’t want to hear your s*%#.”Service is 0/10, employees are terrible, and food is almost ALWAYS undercooked.Avoid this location like the plague.
Great customer service! nI pre ordered bagels and carafe of coffee from Panera to pick up @7:20am for our drive thru vaccine clinic staff. Bagels were ready but no coffee. I ordered coffee from Tim Horton. It was hor and ready in 10 minLesson learned-order from Tim Horton!
The best fast food breakfast sandwich.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. Sandwich was cold. Biscuit was stale. Hash browns were hard and way over cooked in addition to being cold. Worst experience at a Tim Hortons ever.
The line moved quickly, the person at the window was super friendly and kind. Only downside was being able to see the inside mess of the store, and hear workers going off at one another.
