I just wanted to use the last of my money to get some food. I foolishly choose taco bell. Ordered on the app. Went to pick it up for them to be out of beef. They don't offer to help, tell me they could make more but it would be a wait. So we cancel my order now there's a week hold on my card.... disappointing. I can under stand things happen but come on beef is like 90% of the menu. No offee to make something else for the inconvenience.
48 hours later have not gotten back to me about a HORRIBLY incorrect and incomplete order.
The new Dragonfruit Brisk was good once, now it's grape soda. Be warned. Went to another recently and it tasted like it should. I've received just carbonation from this location many times. They do not take care of their beverage machines.The food, when correct, is usually really tasty. Just got breakfast for the first time ever and was impressed.
Mexican pizza was delicious. The new brisk is fire too. Gave me lots of sauce
Foods always how I ask for it and they load you up with the sauce lol I love coming to this location. At the right time ?
6:40 on a Sunday night and they claim to be closed. This was after waiting 5 minutes before someone came in the intercom stating they were close. I’m sorry, but this ridiculous. Whoever owns the locations needs to do something, but the looks of the reviews, it’s sounds like it’s under poor management.
Went inside to order. Unable to order on the kiosk which did not have the adding options. After standing there for 4 minutes the staff member asked if I needed assistance. Told me oh sorry that’s not an option anymore. But I order all the time. So I said can’t you take my order. Responds yes right after I take this drive through order. 5 minutes later a girl walking into start her shift assisted me and was great. Sometimes it’s just who the person is. That little guy needs to learn customer service.
Ordered 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos, I get home and realize they put sour cream on them. Bring them back and they gave me these little chicken wraps that aren't even what I ordered.
Called at 11 pm to confirm their hours, was told that they would be closing at 12, they confirmed this over the phone, I arrived at 11:11 and was told by the person in the drive through that they were closed, as I pulled over to make sure that I had the correct location, another car pulled up and had their order taken. I then called again to see if they were open, they answered and I asked if they were open and they left the phone on and walked away.
This location will often stop taking orders before closing time. The store is open (lights on, employees inside, at least 15 mins or more before closing) but no one ever takes the order. If we do get served, we have to check our order before leaving because they forget to give us items regularly (often crunchwraps).
