Horrible experience! They were so rude to us, let us wait 45 minutes for our mobile order the told us there was no beans so either get a refund or choose something else. We chose something else and they didn't give it to us. We asked for the stuff, the employee yelled out, I'm not making it!! Then we sat down to eat and there was a hair in the food. We asked for money back and to talk to the manager, she was no better. Refused to give us a receipt to give information to corporate when we make complaint. I said there are cameras all over, corporate can see how bad we were treated. Horrible place, never will go to canal and Garfield store again. Ashley, your not a manager, so rude you are!!

First I want to say I have worked fast food before so I understand the chaoticness & honest mistakes. I was given a wrong order yesterday and when I went back inside to get it fixed, I reserved a new order snd some items for free which was appreciated. But when I got home, my new order they fixed, was still wrong. On the receipt it was correct, but I ended up with beef chalupas instead of chicken. I’ll give 3 stars because the service was good and the staff is friendly, but it’s very irritating when you pay for food, have it fixed snd it’s still not correct.

So let’s check & mate . You were too busy ear hustling through the speaker where in the car talking to eachother to discuss who was ordering what . The gentleman originally taking the order was doing just fine , their was no issue . But apparently a individual felt it was necessary to interrupt him. You made us the probably automatically & how did you expect us to feel while a widow was shut on us & two cups full when we ask for sauce was given to us agreesivelt , seriously how did you not expect us to be offended . We get it anything to get us out of line but not understanding when u push first to make a problem when serious customers are about!!! Higher management is needed . Employees are one thing but including management not good at customer service

Very dirty inside lobby. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Employees were on there phones. Definitely not coming back. Higher management needs to get on top of there staff. Food was cold and just a horrible experience.

Sunday evening drive-thru attendant indicated that she put hot sauce in my bag when I asked for hot sauce. I said, no, not if you already put some in! She nodded that she had. I take my parents their dinner to find not one pouch of sauce. NOT IMPRESSED.

Seriously it's like a fine tuned machine. EVERY TACO BELL IS EXACTLY THE SAME. I love it. Well a5 least MY partner LOVES IT. BUT!!!!!..... no matter what taco bell you go to. The employees are disrespect rude and I swear to god..God... check your bag before you leave I promise they forgot to give you one of ur items and you have the wrong pop you requested. Smh. Come on corporate listen to the customers making you rich. Its insulting. Smh

Food was amazing; I experienced a long delay in the drive through last night (like a 25 minute wait).

Restaurant was dirty, No napkins, ice machine was broken. Food all over the floor, you had to take 1 napkin the person behind the counter gave you to clean up the soda area. Will not ever go back there. Staff shortage or not, filthy dirty Restaurant is not a good thing

The orders are never correct, they can't get anything right at this location, it's the absolute worst Taco Bell in the area. If you are a gambler and want to play Taco Bell Roulette and hope you get something they way you ordered then go here, otherwise go to one of the other 4 locations within 2 miles of this one and actually get what you ordered the way you ordered it. This location has gotten so bad in the past year it's not even worth looking at as you drive past.

I always come after work and the night shift workers are super nice and always makes my food right. Makes me bummed whenever I eat at another Taco Bell because it doesn’t compare to this location.
