By far the worst taco bell that I have ever been to. I sat at the order window for 10 minutes at midnight (2.5 hours before close), 1 car in front of me, no one behind me. I got fed up and left and the absolutely "wonderful" female employee told me to "please hold". The car in front of me waited for 10 minutes to order and then waited for their food, they probably spent a good 30 mins for a single order
Although we weren't able to pick up our food because the line was wrapped around the building. The manager came out to the car and apologized. She explained that they were short on employees and just couldn't meet the demands.
Even drive thru is like doordashing. Horrible food NEVER fresh unless you go in the morning or you get a quesadilla. And barely that it’s like they don’t even care about leaving out tortillas... freeze machine down 90% of the time, and always being rushed to order! Just save your money for the McDonald’s down the street cause the Popeyes ain’t no better or Wendys next door! Thanks for coming to my Ted talk?
One of the slowest taco Bells I've ever been to. There were literally 4 employees just standing there talk you're not doing anything you're not doing anything while there's A-line wrapped around their building of cars in the drive thru. I am just so annoyed
Not sure why you allow online ordering to not be able to pickup your food at the counter and I am forced to wait 30 min in the drive thru line. If my food wasn’t already paid for I wouldn’t have bothered waiting. Your establishment needs to do better.Also I am aware that everywhere is short staffed, but it still is a unorganized system of ordering.
Scott and Michael were AWESOME at the window!! The male manager on the other hand.... Horrible customer service! Do better, like your front window guys!!
I waited in line for half an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have my doordash order.This happened TWICE.It shouldn't take so long to get through the drive thru
Want to consistently wait 25 minutes in line for it to never move to only pull out. Go to this location.
The wait was a little long but our large order was hot and done correctly!
Good customer service, food is pretty decent but pricey. Lots of beverage choices which is a huge plus! Their brunch is the best part...yum!!
