Walked inside to order. Girl stood at the register and refused to take my order. Said I had to use the kiosk. Last time I used the kiosk it took me 5 min to get someone to fix it because it was acting up. I just walked out. Lost a regular customer.

There's a reason why Taco Bell has been around so long. It's because they are soooo good! We love all of their tacos, burritos, nachos, Fiesta potatoes, quesadillas, crunchwrap, Island Freeze drinks and much more.

Whoever made my nacho today deserves a raise. Great job. It was neat, every bit had something on it. Good job who every you ar . 3:19 12 29 21

Honestly the most horrible experience ive ever had here! A couple years ago, this place was amazing! Tonight really changed my mind about that. The lady who took my order was very nice but when I ordered a chicken quesarito, a man came over the speaker and with an attitude said “were out of chicken and you can only get a quesarito if you order online” well if you were out of chicken what would be the point of ordering online?? I then tried to order the 12 pack of cinnabon delights and I was told they “didnt have enough for a 12 pack” so i asked how many do they have left? After i asked that, they suddenly had none left?. Really horrible experience, food tastes okay but made horribly. The cinnabon delights i understand but being out of the chicken just before the weekend just doesnt make sense to me. Seems like youll lose alot of customer just for that and the attitudes. Also, the amount of sauces they gave me for 5 tacos is ridiculous and will be going to waste with the rest I dont use. I will drive out of my way next time to go to a different taco bell, very dissatisfied customer.

Sat at the counter for 10 mins at least. No one came up to tell me to use the keyosk. The just stated at me. Went too the drive through and was told die too my large order I needed to come inside after just being inside.

Not happy with the cost saving paper thin taco shells. Prices go up and the product gets smaller. Seems every time we get them, they are mostly busted up. Food is good though and staff are polite but getting tired of food that has to be eaten with a fork instead of fingers.

I called and spoke to a very nice man, I’m assuming which was the manager, who said they were open inside for dine in. Then we drove there and went in and no one came over to the counter, then someone asked if we were ready to order, left us waiting for 5 minutes. When someone came over, we were told to use the kiosk and they refused to take our order. Not to mention they were not busy oddly enough. Then once I put my order in the kiosk, the pinpad was broken and they still refused to take my order. There was also this obnoxiously, loud music blaring from what sounded like someone’s personal speaker. After all this we just left and went somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK.

10/10 experience. Fannie H. Needs a raise. I just went through for some tacos and burritos at 1am and she took my order and gave me my food while being super sweet to me and the car in front of me (I could hear her on the speaker lol) I asked for extra mild sauce and I didn’t even have to check for it. So yes Fannie for the win ?

I was ready to leave a 5 star review for how polite the staff was, but being the only customer coming through this morning, to pull up and wait for my 2 food items (no problem there)I was missing 1 of 2 things ordered, breakfast crunchwrap meal, and a breakfast burrito. What I did receive was my crunchwrap made messy, falling apart, Luke warm, and then stale cinnobons.. pretty disappointed.

John helped me out at the kiosk and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Excellent service and a great manager. (If he’s not the manager, consider it. I used to train managers when I worked at New Horizons… and he’s a natural!!)
