There’s a Chaldean or Albian kid that is terrible and incompetent.I was here 6/26/22 7:15 pm. I waited for 20 minutes while he talked to kids his age and made a sandwich very slowly and there was someone waiting before me. I’ve also been here before where he’s made peoples sandwiches slowly and completely messed them up. He needs to be fired. Seriously it’s like he’s stoned or something.I saw another review on here probably the same guy. Next time I’ll get his name.
The Albanian kid working on Tuesday evening got a real attitude problem. He also told me I never asked him to toast the bacon in the salad I ordered so that’s why he never cooked it... hello common sense. I get it’s hard to find workers now a days but man they’ve really lowered the standards on customer service. Will never be coming back
My daughter and I had to go to Walmart and decided to stop at this subway. 4/8/22 @ 8:44 p.m. I cannot recall the name of the woman and young man that made our subs, but they did THE BEST job EVER. We have ate at many Subways and these 2 employees TRULY listen to their customers and made our subs exactly as we asked. They were expedient and super friendly. THANK YOU FOR OUR BEST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A SUBWAY!!!!
The man working was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our subs were exactly how we wanted them. I appreciate it.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. Store manger was extremely stingy with the two sides I wanted on my protein bowl. Horrible customer service -10 stars.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The manager is very rude and made one of my friends upset. I dont like her.
I would recommend using 21 mile location right down the street and the employees can read a ticket there. Ordered two subs from this subway they put both subs on the wrong bread and toasted the one that wasn’t supposed to be and didn’t toast the one that was supposed to be.
One of the worst subway sandwich ive had. I used to love subway coz its healthy, delicious and fresh but when i went there Saturday. Employees were talking trash to each other. I proceeded with my order. I asked the employee couple of things but she doesnt know much about the products. No problem. Ibwsd asked if i want my bread toasted, i said yes so it was put in an oven. When i ate my food it was awful not only the bread seem not toasted but the bread is really tough, seem an old one. The beef was still cold and the meal itself is dry. Didn't put any sauce compared to the description of the meal and i wasnt even offered a sauce. So basically we didnt enjoy the food. It was really awful that we had to throw it away. Definitely not the subway that i used to love
Subway not only has commercials with false adverstisement they also have employees that lack customer service too like The manager carrie that was very rude to me and said I can't have what I ordered. She said it will break her toaster oven and her name is Carrie with a c and she don’t care who I tell she is the manager and the boss at her store and she don't care if I don't ever come back there. False advertising saying make it your own way! The tables were dirty and she wasn't even wearing a mask.
