They where closed mid day, had no signs at drive thru. Sat there with other cars for 10 min before realizing no one was in the building. I don't care for the place to begin with. So that experience just made my choice to go other places that may be a little more out of the way
How did this place convince people that burnt overpriced coffee is good coffee? It's a great marketing scheme: convince people you've been doing it wrong for hundreds of years, burn the beans, (which decreases caffeine content), then when your first cup wears off way too quickly, you head here for a pick me up because they're the closest, (even though they're also the most expensive)... Then offer high calorie non coffee stuff because the last cup of coffee you had was awful and didn't give you any energy, and since you're still so close to one, you keep coming back. Rinse and repeat... and on top of all of that, the ones in Target all smell like someone burned a tuna salad sandwich.
Very poor service. I was charged twice for a order. I spoke with the manager on two different occasions. He was very rude and unhelpful. I called again to resolve this issue and he left me on hold for 30 minutes. When I tried to call back he took the phone off the hook. Unbelievable!! Worsts experience ever!! Don’t waist your money. If I could give no stars I would!!
What can i say but wow. I ordered my drinks and when i got to the window they were having a problem with there computers so they gave me my drinks for free. With as much as i come to starbucks i was really surprised. They are always really nice and try their hardest .
I'm not a big Starbucks fan, but my daughter loves it, and there is never a wait.
App order is very fast and convenient. Kinda curious about the monitoring of drinks being picked up. Starbucks online orders currently works with the honesty and integrity policy.
Passed it leaving Target as it's located in the store. But it's great because it makes the entrance smell delirious....and I don't like coffee....just the smell.
So happy to be able to sit inside and enjoy my beverage rather than trying to drive & drink.
today was the only day of the year they give out free christmas cups and im not the type of person too complain which i didnt say anything in the store but i feel like i should if bc i saw a stack of their christmas cups with a decent amount there and they refused to give the customer before me their cups when they ordered christmas menu drinks and also i walked 30 minutes in the cold and back and payed 7$ for a grande christmas drink which i admit i added cold foam which was a dollar extra and they didnt give me my cup. and they were very rude.
This isn't Starbucks' fault but it is their problem to solve. Please hire more help! I waited 15 mins to buy a cookie, another patron in line said she waited 30 mins for an order placed thru app. Frustrating!
