I only order the milkshakes. They're delicious. But! You actually have to request that they hold off preparing it until you're no more than one car from the window. Twice in one week, I was given a cup that was filled with more "milk" than "shake". Why would you make it so soon, knowing that I'm five cars back and the lines don't move very quickly? Again, the taste is great. I'd say their shakes taste the best out of all fast food restaurants!
We always expect to wait a long time in the drive thru and we are totally okay with that when the food is worth the wait. The past few times going has been an absolute nightmare. We order the same thing every time and the last two times we’ve been given the complete wrong thing and when we went back to exchange for the correct option their excuse was “sorry we don’t make that anymore so we just made you something similar”. Substitutions are one thing but we were given something I was allergic to because we weren’t told the correct information. Now i’m afraid to come as this issue could happen again. Very dissatisfied.
Great customer service. The you gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and fast. Will definitely go back, hopefully he will be there so I can get his name and tell the Manager what a great job he did. A shout out to him.
Got to sonic and pulled into a space to order, waited 10 minutes just for them to tell us drive thru only. Got into drive thru and wait another 20 minutes in line with only one car in front of us at the speaker. we just left without even ordering. Absolutely ridiculous.
I like Sonic! But their chili cheese tater tots was greased up and smell like it was cooked in old grease not to mention a loved one got food poisoning from here.
They mess up orders every once in a while. Quality of the food is decent for fast food. Can get backed up pretty bad during the busy hours during the day.
Got a bag of there tiny chunky ice cubes for my dog who has a soar throat. This has been such a lifesaver for her. I give her ice cubes with a tiny bit of manuka honey on it. She LOVES it. And the WONDERFULLY KIND NICE Sonic Employee opened two minutes early for me to get her the ice.Many Many Thanks again.
Awesome drinks and ice cream. I ordered a burger and there was literally a 1/2 cup of mayo on it. I almost ralphed. Not sure if this is just a bad sonic but I would go with a dairy queen instead if I had the urge again.
One of the slowest sonics I've ever been to. And as the drive in portion, you will be bottom priority compared to drive thru.
Ice cream desserts with our grandson always excellent they even brought our order out your car before we even got to the window
