I recently discovered Sanders' "Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels with Sea Salt" and fell in love with them!! They are far better and smoother than any other on the market. So today, I went to visit their factory store for the first time to see how they are made and buy some more. I was coming from Canada so it was a fair journey. When I got there during business hours there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to a power outage. Needless to say I was disappointed!!An employee named Ashley came to the door and reiterated that they were closed due to a recent power outage. I explained that I had come all the way from Canada and that I had to return soon. I asked if I could at least buy a container of the caramels. She said their cash registers were down but would ask her manager. When she came back, she handed me a large container of the caramels. I asked her how much I owed her and she said "nothing!!" I was shocked and so thankful as this container costs $ 18 US. She said to thank her manager, Maddie, who allowed it.A huge "thank you" to both women for their kindness and outstanding customer service, and although I didn't get to see the factory and how they are made, I definitely left with a SWEET taste in my mouth!!I will be back for the tour someday.

Great place... sample the candies chocolate w coconut is a specially.Gifts galore for anyone including yourself...and Ice Cream so perfect on these hot days.Staff was friendly and helpful.A totally memorable experience

Very nice little chocolate and ice cream shop. Had a great night out with the family and we all got a delicious scoop. Also very cool to see the chocolate waterfall. Staff was very nice as well.

This places mixes great candies and ice cream with the fun experience of being able to watch it get made. There is great variety to be had and don't forget to check out the hot chocolate!

They no longer do tours but you can watch them make chocolate through the glass window hallway from 9am- 5pm Monday through Friday. The shop is open 9am-9pm and on weekends. There is a military discount with ID. Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The ice cream all looked great, will definitely have to try some when we come back. They sell bumpy cakes to take home and three different flavors of their ice cream for take home also.

I was like a kid in a candy store. Literally. Bought so many candies. Favorites are the sea salt Carmel, chocolate covered pretzel and chocolate foam

Not what it used to be. Variety has gone by the wayside. I feel like I just looked at section after section of chocolate caramels, chocolate peanut butter, and Kars nut mixes. No boxes of coconut clusters, only behind the counter for $24 a pound? And the chocolate bunnies were either too small or too expensive for a larger one. Although at least they had them. At Christmas they apparently sold out of chocolate Santas.

Yum. Good chocolate, very good ice cream, friendly service. We'll have to go back at some point to watch the factory at work - there's a long hallway of windows. Unfortunately we went on a Sunday, so the factory was not active.

Friendly staff and clean environment...well stocked. No lines and quiet.
