Great quick friendly service
This is what the “Brisket Smothered Chips” actually look like when you get them. A bunch of mostly dry, flavorless chips with a few teaspoons of vaguely-sauced beef flicked overtop. I ordered a fudge-filled chocolate chip cookie and it was sad, droopy and raw. Like, wet and grey raw. My partner’s boneless wings were disgusting.I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at other locations. Not sure what’s going on here but it is not ok. I never post reviews like this but I’m just so incredibly disappointed I can’t not. This dinner should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen.
Very clean restaurant, our waitress was very nice and attentive, and the food was amazing as always! Hadn’t been to a Red Robin in a year or two but they have REALLY expanded their menu! Neat that they have different options for bottomless sides now, although I always go with the classic fries. There is a military discount with ID. I see some complaints about price in the other reviews, but these are GOURMET burgers and you get endless side. If you want to pay $5 for a burger, go to McDonald’s.

We've eaten there before and prefer to go in and eat rather than do carryout or delivery through one of the food apps. The food is more fresh when you go in but most of the time when we want to go, it's always super busy with a long wait. When ordering through one of the food delivery apps, I feel like they always forget to add whatever sauces I pick out. The latest time we ordered from there, I had gotten a burger with zucchini fries and for some unknown reason, there was a bunch of random parmesan cheese all at the bottom of the container. It looked so messy.
We had dinner here tonight and had amazing service. Our food came out super fast and our server was great. Everything was perfect. ?
Do not get the lettuce ? food is OK I love hamburgers and I remember Red Robin used to be better..missing my tomato too..ugh.I like the fact they offer a gluten free bun however I would rather have McDonald’s or Wendy’s next time I crave a burger..
I had one of the best dining in experiences I've had in a while visiting here. My waitress was caring and kind and attentive. She was sweet to my son be and daughter and accommodating with all our requests. She went above and beyond to make our experience great. And the food was delicious.
I'm very disappointed with this location we spent over $25 and although it was a gift card still the portion of the food was to my understanding very unporchanized it wasn't portion properly it wasn't fair the bottomless basket of fries don't get me started with the fries don't even give me started when you have a takeout order you should really go up on your portions. I'm very disappointed with this location of all locations this is the busiest location and it's on a very busy road Hall Road so I would assume that you guys would bring your A game and you guys did not not to mention the avocado salad that we had was salty and the blue cheese that was on there was actually old I'm very disappointed and don't give me started with the chicken that was on the salad I'm just I'm over it.
