The line was very long and slow. BUT I did find out that the lady was handling everything by herself!!!? And the line was moving at the same pace as other restaurants with more staff! But get this, my order was correct and complete! Give that lady a raise immediately!!!!!!! Lucky for her, two more employees finally showed up by the time I was leaving.
The wait was unforgivable. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, which was a surprise in itself.It took a few minutes before my turn to place an order. The order taker was quite nice but mad it clear not to move past the two yellow posts right before the window. He said he would waive me in when ready.I sat for 15 minutes with the same two cars ahead of me waiting to be waved in. I finally pulled off and went elsewhere. Looking in the drive-thru window, I saw a few employees huddled up. Not sure if they were having a meeting or not but whatever they were doing resulted in many cars pulling out of line behind me.
30 minutes in line waiting to order. Another 15 minutes just to get my food. Ordered mild family meal, comes with 5 biscuits. I get home to find its all spicy, no beans in the red beans & rice and instead of the biscuits they put over cooked spicy wings & 2 biscuits DO BETTER POPEYES!
Unfortunately after living in the area for almost three years I haven’t been able to enjoy this Popeyes because I have waited in the line for 20 plus minutes each of the 3 times I have visited. It’s such a waste of time, over 20 minutes in a “fast food” line is crazy. I can understand one bad day even two but what are the odds that each of the three times I’ve TRIED to spend my money here I left the line. And I mean it’s like they take one car at a time it’s so stupid and I feel stupid as I’m sitting in line typing this. Horrible horrible horrible. Why can’t we have decent restaurants in this area?
Half hour+ drive through wait, no buffalo chicken sandwich, poor service, other locations aren’t as bad. Don’t go to this location unless you want to wait forever for food they don’t have. Drive thru and lobby are the same way. Watched a gentleman wait in front of 4 different people and was never helped. Not even talked to once. Just looked at. I wish the service was as good as the food is.
I had to update my review because my experience this time was very good. There were a few obstacles that had to be crossed by the staff and the manager and they got right to it and still was able to take care of me as a customer. Store was clean and that was also appreciated. My food was dropped fresh and given to me hot to take home so I definitely would recommend this place for take out.
Don’t go here. Was told to pull forward. Solid 12 minutes later food comes out no drink, just completely forgot that. I just took off, could have easily taken another 10 minutes for them to grab that too. I ordered 1 combo that’s all, not a large order.
One woman on staff was trying her best but was working with people who clearly don't want to be there. A friend and I came in to an empty dining room and they took my order and walked away without asking my friend for his order. Additionally, the management at this location either doesn't exist or care because whoever is in charge of ordering and restocking hasn't done their job for a long time. They were out of half of the sauces and no Coke. I don't think I've ever been to a fast food place that ran out of Coca Cola. Drive a few miles and go to a different one.
Not only were they out of every side except beans and coleslaw. Out of most meals besides chicken. Out of most soft drinks and on top of that had the slowest service I’d ever received. To top the top they even forgot 1/4th of my order and didn’t bother to go back because of the slow service.
Ordered delivery with doordash. Driver spent an hour in drive thru to pick up. Lobby not open? There is no reason for someone who has pre paid to wait that long for order pick up. Also forgot large soft drink. Was refunded but 1st and last time coming to popeyes.
